I've been going to a dermatologist and getting my clogged pores extracted, and now I'm in the maintenance phase. My skin was fine until just the other day, with just a few small bumps.

Ugh... I've only been using it for two days (morning and evening) so far, and even though it's not a lotion-type cosmetic but a cleansing product, I've developed inflammatory acne on my forehead that feels hard and is spreading widely. The blemishes just popped up yesterday and this morning, so I don't think I can keep using it anymore. 
Even though tea tree ingredients don't seem to agree with me, I didn't buy the tea tree cleansing samples because they were too drying and itchy. When I tried tea tree products during my teenage years, they were too harsh for me, so I ended up switching. I was using the Amber Farm Salt Wash well, but it was out of stock for a while before my period, so I panicked and decided to try this product, which is supposedly good for acne. But now I really regret it, as it's twice as expensive, and there were no samples, so I can't return the full-size product.
I'm not against chemical ingredients in general, and I use them if they work for me. But this one... I can't tell if it's the tea tree or the Baha ingredients that are causing the problem, or both. The green tube of Stridex was also too harsh on my face, so I use it on my chest and arms, where it helps calm down bumps and blemishes well. I'm also a bit concerned about the phenoxyethanol, as I tend to have sensitive reactions to products with alcohol.
Anyway, if you're considering buying this, please think it through carefully. I'm so stressed out about this forehead situation right now. It's not my whole face, but it's bad enough that I'm considering only using it on the rest of my face, excluding my forehead.

Look for a gentle, low-pH cleanser instead.

I've been using Dermalogica for over 10 years.
This product is what I used when I was struggling with adult acne as a teenager.
I remember that using this for cleansing left my skin feeling extremely dry.

I'm using both the Special Cleansing Gel and this product, and this one is surprisingly non-irritating to my sensitive skin, and it's really effective on the small bumps that appear under my chin in the summer^^ I use the Special one in the morning and the Medibak one at night haha Even though my skin gets really dry in the winter, this one doesn't dry it out and I like it!
