Since there are many similar colors, I don't use it much and only apply it thinly as an eyeliner, so the amount doesn't diminish much.

A reddish-brown color with a slight sheen. It has a subtle pearlescent effect. It's a versatile shade that's easy to use.

For those who prefer a very light makeup, it's best to use only a small amount.

Hmm...I don't really have any major downsides! If I had to nitpick, it could potentially look a bit aging on someone with a spring light complexion.

✔ Subtle shimmer: I don't usually like very shimmery, reflective eyeshadows that are overly glittery. When applied, the shimmer can be more prominent than the color, and the reflective quality can make the eyeshadow look patchy and aging, rather than creating a nice shadow effect. 
This has a relatively subtle shimmer compared to typical shimmery shadows, so the level of shimmer is within my comfort zone. The reflective quality is also not too intense, so it doesn't look overly shiny even when applied on the outer corner.

✔ Color and intensity: The intensity is just slightly less than what I would use for eyeliner. The color leans more towards a deep, reddish brown, though the red undertone is not very pronounced. It might work well even for those who don't usually suit reddish eyeshadows.

When using MAC All That Glitters, it applies smoothly as a point makeup.

I bought this to use for soba and eyeshadow makeup when the Tempting palette was sold out.
It's a slightly reddish-toned brown and it's pretty ^^

The price might be a downside, but the amount you get is huge, so if you take good care of it, it should last you for years. Since they do such a great job applying it and practically doing your whole makeup for you at the MAC store, it might be worth it to get it done there if you're going to spend the money anyway!

I usually don't use shimmery eyeshadows at all, but this one doesn't really feel like a shimmer - it just adds a nice dimension to the eyes. I only need to use a little bit, and it works great as a subtle shadow. I was surprised that even without a crease, it stayed put all day without creasing or smudging.
