  Pros

  This essence or emulsion-type cream spreads easily and absorbs well. As a bonus, it gives your face a dewy glow after application! I've tried many products claiming to be good for hydration, but after using this 3-piece set, my deep dryness disappeared.

  Cons

  It would have been so much better without the dimethicone and PEG ingredients. Sometimes when you apply it, there's a cooling sensation like peppermint.

  Tip

  Try using the Marine Source 3-piece set. It really makes your skin super hydrated and gives you that coveted Inner Glow.

  Pros

  I usually only used the essence, but when I bought the set, I tried the cream too. It's definitely not heavy, and even though it's light, it's incredibly hydrating. My skin was feeling dry during pregnancy, but after applying this, it feels so much better!

  Cons

  I felt a sudden burning sensation at first, but it didn't last long. Initially, I thought it might not suit me, but I've been using it for less than a week, so I need to give it more time.

  Tip

  It's a great deal when you buy it as a set, especially during sales.

  Pros

  The ingredients are great. I have skin that's prone to blemishes, so I'm always cautious when buying cosmetics and scrutinize the ingredients. This one is really good. When I apply this and then put on liquid foundation, it doesn't pill and works well.

  Cons

  I can't really think of any downsides. It's hard to come up with something negative.

  Tip

  I use this along with the milk toner and essence from the same marine line, and it keeps my skin nicely hydrated. If I had to pick a favorite, I'd choose the Marine Source Cream. Of course, the others are good too. This is absolutely not an ad, I promise!
