Pros
I have extremely sensitive skin. Even when I use essences and creams that others say are good, I still get breakouts. I think I've used about 4-5 bottles of the C serum I ordered directly. It's definitely excellent at controlling redness, and it's also effective for relieving dryness. And most importantly, I didn't get any breakouts during the 4-5 bottles I used. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars. I'm not using it right now as I'm using a different product, but I highly recommend it.
Cons
It has a slightly fishy smell. It's fine once you get used to it, but some people might dislike the unique seaweed cosmetic scent. The watery texture leaves a lot of residue on the skin.
Tip
Don't scoop it out with your hands, spray it directly onto your face.

This product was good to use when my sensitive, troubled skin was very inflamed. When my skin became irritated and I had breakouts with a burning sensation, this did not cause any irritation and did not trigger further breakouts. I've been using this for around 10 years since it was first recommended to me. Of course, the lack of oil and moisture means the improvement effects are limited, but this seems to be a rare product that can gently soothe sensitive skin. It's good to use when your skin condition is not at its best.

Even though I have combination, sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts from using functional (whitening, wrinkle-reducing, etc.) cosmetics, I did not experience any breakouts. It is extremely watery, so I was wondering if it would be helpful for hydration. It absorbs quickly, and after absorption, my skin feels plump. (It has a different feel from 'moist' products.) There is no pilling when applied before makeup.
Cons
It is extremely watery. It drips and flows a lot. The scent (it's a bit of a stretch to call it a 'fragrance'^^;) is... I've been using it for two months, but I still haven't gotten used to it. The amount is small, so it runs out quickly.

This is my third bottle, and surprisingly, it doesn't feel oily at all. Instead, it has a supple and refreshing yet substantial feel to the serum.
Cons
One bottle alone won't do. It pulls a bit. No-no for winter!! I've tried many seaweed serums, but this one seems to lack a distinct character.

It works great when mixed with a rubber mask pack. I think it's better suited for spring and summer rather than winter.
