It's so smooth and wonderful! I'll keep using this toner. The amount seems a bit small, but it's still okay. Don't forget to throw away the cap! - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 13, 2018
Oh no, there's nothing good to say! If only it didn't have phenoxyethanol, fragrance, and PEG, I would use it. It's irritating for dry skin. It's absolutely terrible... When I used it together with toner and emulsion, the irritation was so severe that I had to wash it off. It might work well for those who don't have sensitive skin and can tolerate any product. - se**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinJul 17, 2017
The runny texture of this toner makes it suitable for older women to use comfortably. The fragrance is quite strong, which might cause blemishes for those with sensitive skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 8, 2017
My mom received a ton of samples of this toner, so I tried out three or four bottles. As for the positives... I couldn't really find any. 1. It's itchy. I have super sensitive skin and blemishes, and this makes my skin incredibly itchy when applied. 2. It's more rich than hydrating. It's not a watery toner, but more like a sticky, mucus-like texture. After application, I feel deep dryness, but the skin surface is shiny and tacky. 3. The fragrance might be polarizing. It smells like 'mom's cosmetics'. While it's not unbearably strong, I personally can't stand it. Don't... buy it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 14, 2017
As someone with severe seborrheic dermatitis, changing skincare products usually wreaks havoc on my skin, causing flare-ups and intense redness. I used to rely on Holika Holika's Good Cera Skin Emulsion, but when I wanted to switch things up and tried Primera, even their zero-harmful-ingredient products ended up in the drawer due to severe redness and itching. Then, by chance, I stumbled upon Youth Black at a Holika store, recommended by a staff member. While it's priced similarly to Primera (not exactly cheap), the hydration is phenomenal, and the scent is lovely! It doesn't seem to focus on brightening, which works well for me since whitening products don't suit my skin. Despite containing three potentially harmful ingredients, my skin - which usually reacts badly to even organic or 'clean' products - is now well-moisturized and glowing. The lower photo shows my cheeks after using Primera for a week, while the upper one is my current skin after two weeks of using Black. Regardless of ingredient lists, for those struggling with sensitive skin and stressed about finding the right skincare, I think the key is to try products and find what works for you. So far, I haven't found any downsides. It moisturizes well, and while I'm not sure about the brightening effects, it does give my skin a nice glow. I have combination, sensitive, and dehydrated skin that usually absorbs moisturizers quickly and feels dry again, but this keeps me hydrated all day. There's a slight stickiness that could be seen as a drawback, but since I prefer lightweight textures, others might just perceive it as a pleasant moisturizing effect.
