Although I use it together with the Cha Cha Tint, it is also well pigmented when used alone with just one application. The fluorescent pink looks lively and vibrant. The color payoff wasn't pretty either, and most importantly, my lips are extremely dry, so I absolutely cannot wear tints or lipsticks without lip balm. I believed the claim that this is a tint balm with good moisture, but it's much drier than even regular tints.. At first it seems moisturizing, but it gets extremely dry right away. I don't want to buy this again.
