  When I was experiencing significant hair loss and occasional scalp itching, my hairstylist recommended this product during a root touch-up appointment! I was skeptical at first, having tried various shampoos from the Hwahae rankings, but after consistent use, I definitely noticed less itching and reduced hair fall. Now that I've used it all up, I need to reorder, but I'm trying to finish my other shampoos first. Highly recommended!

  Despite being labeled as 'Aqua Calming' and meant for dry skin, it left my face feeling tight after rinsing. Those looking for strong cleansing effectiveness might appreciate it, though.

  The scent is lovely and it rinses out so refreshingly. I'm very pleased with it. While I don't have hair loss issues, my scalp is quite sensitive. I gave this a try and I'm really satisfied with the results.

  Cons

  It's a shame you can only buy this at duty-free shops. I wish it was available for online purchase too.

  For best results, leave the shampoo on for about 3-5 minutes before rinsing.

  I have seborrheic dermatitis, and after trying a sample, I was pleasantly surprised by how refreshingly clean my scalp felt. I decided to purchase the full-size product for long-term use. The shampoo lathers up beautifully, and it's been helping to alleviate my usual itchiness.

  Cons

  The main drawbacks are the small quantity for the price, the fact that using the shampoo alone leaves hair feeling quite stiff, and the limited availability across retailers.

  I've been using the Rebalancing version! Got a great deal on the large size. I really wanted to share my experience with this one. I tried the Aqua Calming as a sample, and its scent is similar to Elastine, but a bit milder. The Rebalancing is a hair loss prevention shampoo, and I've noticed less hair fall. It seems to tighten the scalp - like a lifting effect? I've been seeing results in less than a week. The gaps between my hair strands have decreased! As someone prone to hair loss, I've tried countless products, and this one seems worth every penny.

  Cons

  It was a bit drying. My scalp is quite dry to begin with, and it's also not the easiest product to purchase.

  Tip

  Since it's a scalp treatment, it can be a bit tricky to apply. For best results, carefully apply it between the scalp sections, then soak in lukewarm water and rinse slowly.
