After using this, I noticed a significant reduction in my small bumps. My skin became so hydrated and the texture improved dramatically! I've gone through several bottles by taking advantage of buy 2 get 1 free deals or half-price sales! Discontinued... Why does everything I love always get discontinued? It's so disheartening. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 10, 2020
Absorbs: It spreads quite well on the skin. Absorbs well: There's a slight stickiness that lets you know you've applied the cream. I have sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any blemishes and used it successfully! While there weren't any disappointing aspects, if you don't buy it during a sale, the amount you get for the price is a bit small... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 27, 2020
I've been loving Acwell's other line of moisturizers, but I accidentally bought this product thinking it was the same one due to similar packaging. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any notable benefits, so it's been sitting unused. I usually enjoy both watery gel products and rich creams, but this one felt like an awkward in-between. It didn't seem to suit my skin, leaving it feeling oily. The scent was also hard to describe, but I really disliked it. - rl*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 25, 2020
My skin is dry but tends to get oily after a while! I also have a lot of small blemishes... After applying this and sleeping, I was amazed to wake up and find many of my small blemishes had reduced! It's incredibly hydrating, but not in a greasy, slippery way... It felt like my skin had drunk water, leaving it plump and moisturized! Considering it worked well for my super sensitive skin, it seems to be a very gentle product. The fact that you have to apply it directly with your fingers... It made me a bit uneasy about hygiene. Nothing in particular to add - an******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 8, 2020
I've gone through more than 5 bottles of this product! With my sensitive, acne-prone skin, I've tried so many creams, but this is the one I've settled on. It absorbs well and feels refreshing when applied. So far, I haven't found any downsides. It doesn't seem to cause blemishes, and it's labeled as having brightening properties. I think my complexion might be getting a bit brighter, which is great! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedDec 1, 2019
I love that this energy cream isn't too heavy, despite its potency! It's a shame the product runs out so quickly due to its small size. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 19, 2019
# Minimalist packaging - No-frills container that's flat for easy storage # Tea tree oil ingredient - Though it made my oily skin and enlarged pores more noticeable, it didn't cause any blemishes # Seems to contain an ingredient that doesn't agree with me - Causes a tingling sensation when applied - Makes my eyes sting # As a Hwahae newbie, I haven't identified the specific ingredient yet <Based on a helpful review from someone who discovered this through Sidmool Green Tea Skin Trouble, I suspect lavender oil might not suit me> # On dry, crisp nights, it prevents skin from feeling tight, but you'll witness an oil slick worthy of an oil tycoon emerging from every pore # Absorbs slowly # Makes skin feel suffocated # Claims to have whitening and anti-wrinkle effects, but I couldn't notice any # Fell for the 'Skin tone-up & vitality boosting energy hydrating cream' marketing spiel # Skincare side effects and efficacy vary as much as personal taste # This is an extremely subjective and personal review after using both the full-size product and free samples # 0% chance of repurchasing # Despite its ineffectiveness, I used up 1.5 bottles because the packaging was conveniently accessible - Time to reorganize my vanity <Revised assessment after using Sidmool Green Tea Skin> # Used up 1.5 bottles without major skin issues, despite morning oil overload - The tea tree oil ingredient suits my skin well - Good for use on dry, cold winter nights - Works fine in combination with my usual AHA exfoliation (powder cleanser or pore pads) and BHA oil control (toner or peeling solution) products - Skin texture, sebum, and enlarged pores were at their worst when I skipped pore pads and used only foam cleansing - st*****Oily SkinSep 11, 2019
I tried this on at Olive Young during a sale and bought it because it felt nice when applied, with a bouncy and soft texture. The way it absorbs is really good. For my oily skin, it's too rich. At first, it's slightly sticky but mostly feels soft. However, after just 30 minutes, it gets very oily. When I wake up in the morning, my face is excessively greasy. It's especially heavy in this humid and sticky weather. If you apply this liberally before morning makeup, your makeup will pill. It might be okay in winter though. If you have oily skin and accidentally bought this without realizing how rich it is, try applying it in the morning using a latex sponge with light tapping motions. The sponge will absorb some of the excess oil, making it less sticky to apply. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 24, 2019
The price is reasonable, and I liked how moisturizing it looked. It also absorbs well on the skin. I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, but he returned it saying it gave him blemishes. I have sensitive skin, so I'm not sure if it's good for me. Belatedly checking the ingredients, I found out it contains three components that sensitive skin should be cautious about. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 17, 2019
As someone with dry skin, I've been using this product exclusively for almost 2 years. It's truly amazing! The Hwahae Testers near my home always sell out of this item during sales, leaving me empty-handed many times. I highly recommend this for those with dry skin! While this claims to both brighten and hydrate, the brightening effect seems temporary. If you're looking for a moisturizer that's more focused on hydration rather than evening skin tone, I'd recommend this product! Personally, I didn't notice much of a brightening effect.
