First of all, it's incredibly gentle and absorbs beautifully. I love that it's fragrance-free, and it's perfect for winter use - so moisturizing and wonderful. The price, unfortunately... While the high cost is the biggest drawback, I can feel how good it is the more I use it. - tn*******Combination SkinRecommendedJul 20, 2022
1. As we age, our skin loses elasticity and succumbs to gravity, causing it to sag. This is because the connection between the dermis and epidermis becomes looser. This serum works to strengthen these areas, effectively lifting the skin and beautifully sculpting your face line! 2. I felt like my enlarged pores were being lifted and tightened! 1. The effectiveness may vary from person to person! 2. If you're looking for firmness more than lifting, I wouldn't recommend this! Since lifting products don't necessarily provide firming effects, make sure to use a separate firming line in your skincare routine as well! - bk****Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 3, 2021
Personally, I love how it feels like it's tightening my oily pores. I've been using it thinking it's my holy grail pore product. When in a rush, I've bought it at full price from department stores, but I've also snagged it with 10-20% discounts from the official website. I was shocked when I checked the Hwahae app results... Seeing so many unfavorable ingredients was surprising, so I'm planning to switch to a different pore-focused skincare product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 22, 2021
It feels nice when applied and has a slight tingling sensation, but I couldn't really see any noticeable effects. It's expensive and the amount is small. Also, the product hardens around the opening, which is unhygienic. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 31, 2021
I tried the gratis sample. It doesn't pill and absorbs well into the skin. The price is brutal and it's a festival of potentially harmful ingredients. I'm satisfied with just trying it once. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 13, 2021
I don't see a dramatic pore-minimizing effect with just one bottle. The quantity is small, so using a few more bottles consistently might yield better results, but Kiehl's price makes me hesitate! The price is wicked! And that signature medicinal Kiehl's scent is a bit much... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 29, 2021
It absorbs well and provides good hydration, making it convenient to use. It doesn't cause any pilling with makeup either. Honestly, I can't tell if it has any pore-tightening effect. I almost stopped using it, but since it's summer, I'm afraid my pores might expand even more if I don't use it. The main issue is that I can't feel the most important pore-tightening effect. Also, the price is too steep for just casual use. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 22, 2021
I bought this product because I heard it was good for pores. I remember purchasing it at duty-free for around $60 when I was traveling before (it's not possible now, so it's a bit pricey ;). For combination dehydrated skin, it absorbs well and has good application, but the hydration is on the lower side. That's why it's perfect when you layer a moisturizer on top! There's definitely a feeling of tightening the pores. I noticed the effects after using it consistently for about 3 weeks. When I read the reviews, people said it was great right after applying, so I expected dramatic changes, but that wasn't the case. There might be individual differences... Aside from the price being a bit steep for the small amount, it's a product I want to keep using (if only it were cheaper, I'd love to apply it generously!). I pump it twice and apply it mainly on areas with larger pores, then spread the remainder on less affected areas. It's my little money-saving tip! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedDec 19, 2020
I think my skin is improving compared to when I wasn't using this product. I'm planning to keep using it consistently. The price is a bit steep... And while pore care is generally a gradual process, I haven't seen any dramatically noticeable effects yet. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 22, 2020
I have combination dehydrated skin that tends to be oily. While it might lack a bit of hydration in winter, I'm very satisfied with both the moisture level and how it absorbs for spring, summer, and fall use. The only downside is its wicked price, forcing me to buy it exclusively at duty-free shops.
