I realized that the cleansing products I use daily were ultimately harming my body. So I decided to switch to natural products from now on. I use this along with shampoo. Usually, when I shower in the evening, I wash my hair, apply this thoroughly to my scalp and hair, and then naturally let it sit for over 5 minutes while I shower. When I rinse it out, my hair feels incredibly soft. Honestly, even just using the shampoo alone makes my hair softer than regular shampoos.

It's best to apply it to your scalp and hair, leave it on naturally for about 15 minutes, and then rinse it out. Personally, when I'm in a rush on busy mornings, I often skip the hair pack. But if you can manage to be diligent in the morning, it's absolutely wonderful!

The only downside would be the price... Apart from that, I'm so satisfied with the product itself that there's nothing else to complain about!
