It seems this spot serum works by forming a scab and promoting new skin growth when applied to blemishes. I tried this product on my troubled areas. It stung quite a bit, feeling like it was intensely dissolving dead skin cells. I've uploaded a photo for reference. Then, blisters formed on the applied areas as if I had been burned. For about two days, pus oozed from the blisters before scabs formed. After a few days, the scabs fell off, leaving behind red marks. These red marks make my face look even more unsightly. Trying to fix my blemishes, I ended up making things worse. I wish the manufacturer had clearly stated precautions and precise usage instructions on the product case for buyers. This product dissolves dead skin cells very strongly, so you should only apply a tiny amount to blemished areas. Never apply it over a large area. Once a scab forms, it's important to take good care of it by applying Madecassol and scar ointment until new skin grows. Otherwise, you might end up with red marks like I did. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 6, 2018
There weren't many notable positives. The amount of product was decent, I suppose. I was instructed to apply it sparingly on areas prone to blemishes, but I didn't see much improvement. It only caused a tingling sensation. I wouldn't particularly recommend this product. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSep 19, 2016
When applied to areas with blemishes, there's a slight tingling sensation that feels like it's working its magic. The pump dispenser is more like a water gun. Half the product ends up on the floor. It's just irritating without any improvement. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 28, 2015
I finally decided to try a spot treatment product for the first time... It's completely ineffective... The scent is unpleasant, and it doesn't work at all, which is really... disappointing. I still have half the product left even after 3 years.
