Even though coconut oil, which is said to be good for enlarged pores, didn't work for me, I recently found out that Treehut is effective and immediately decided to purchase it. It's been about 6 months now, and while it's not perfect, the unsightly enlarged pores have diminished significantly! When it's awkward to scrub on my own, using the body scrub is a lifesaver - my skin becomes so smooth and silky that I can't stop touching it. The scent is a bit unusual, though.
Cons
I'm not sure what was disappointing about it...
Tip
It's best to use it when your skin is damp.

1. Texture: It is a slightly rough sugar scrub. 2. Scrubbing Function: There is a reason why Treeheut scrubs are famous. The Brazilian nut I used before and the Hawaiian kukui were also excellent as scrubs. I don't dare use the others because the scent gives me a headache, but I think they're all pretty similar. 3. Fragrance: I'm not sure how to describe this, but it has a slightly exotic floral scent. Kukui is actually a fruit, so I don't know why it has a flowery aroma, but it's a nice scent that doesn't give me a headache.
Cons
The color looks a bit... reddish, so it seems quite scary. When it's in the container, it looks more of a light brown, but when I apply it to my body, it's closer to an orange-red color, which makes me flinch a bit. And another disappointment is the spatula... if only that was included! It would have been even better.

Personally, I don't like fruit scents, so while the fragrance is quite strong, it's still good. I'm not sure what the scent is... At first, the particles feel a bit coarse, but after massaging it overall, the sensation is pleasant and refreshing. The moment I rinse it off with water, I can feel it becoming softer.
Cons
The container is wide and shallow. I have to twist it open with wet hands and scoop it out to use. I bought it thinking it was a gentle, organic formula based on the 'organic' claim, but after analyzing the ingredients, there are actually many concerning components.
Tip
Try using it together with a body butter.

My body skin is dry and prone to peeling, so I often exfoliate. My skin is also dry, so I apply a scrub-shower gel-oil-body lotion routine to finish. The product feels like pure black sugar mixed with oil. When using it, the large granules require massaging until they dissolve, which is easy due to the oily texture. After rinsing with the shower gel, I can feel the difference in my skin. I'm very satisfied. I also sometimes skip the oil and just lightly apply lotion to finish.
Cons
The only downside is that when I use it in the shower, the water keeps getting into the product since I scoop it out with my hands. And because I have to mix it a bit by hand, the product doesn't get used up as quickly... due to the water. To solve this, you could put a spoon inside the container to use it.
