My dry patches disappeared and my skin feels healthier. It's just consistently good, and I especially appreciate the hygienic pump dispenser.
ConsThis is the most disappointing product in the Ibuki line for me. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, using this alone leaves my skin too dry. I need to use a hydrating essence before this or follow up with the Ibuki moisturizer. Otherwise, it's far too drying for my skin.
TipIt's essential to apply an essence before this product or follow up with a moisturizer afterward.

Even though I have sensitive skin, I haven't experienced any blemishes and I'm using it well. Ibuki is Shiseido's most affordable line, so it doesn't have major functional ingredients (targeting late teens to early-mid twenties). The best part is that it seems to enhance the skin's natural regenerative abilities. When blemishes appear, they fade away faster, and my previous acne scars have significantly diminished.
ConsThe price is high, even though it's their most affordable line... but it's so good that I'll keep buying it. This skin and emulsion set alone is a bit light, lacking in hydration. As I have oily skin, I've adapted and it's fine for me, but I definitely noticed it feels much lighter compared to the emulsion I used before.
TipIt works well when you pat it in gently.

I think that was when my skin was at its best. Now I'm using it for the second time, and while the effects aren't as dramatic as the first time, I'm still using it well without any blemishes.
ConsThe hydration seems a bit weak. For more moisture, you might need to add a cream or essence on top.
