This product was unexpectedly fantastic! The way it absorbs is so good, you might mistake it for a hydrating moisturizer. The finish is incredibly smooth, to the point where you wonder if you even applied anything. It's perfect for summer use, especially for pores. The scent is lovely too. Overall, a very satisfying product! Being from the pore line, some might dislike its very matte finish. Those with dry skin may find it too drying even in summer. However, it could be perfect for those with oily skin. As someone who frequently changes products, I can't really comment on its tightening effects, unfortunately. Even though it dries to a smooth finish, the initial application feels so good that you can apply it liberally. I used it as an essence before cream, but thinking about it now, it might work well after cream too! I kept using this after my toner because my nose pores and blackheads seemed prominent. I definitely felt like my skin became smoother. There are some less-than-ideal ingredients in this. A white essence-type product with a slight viscosity and a pleasant, subtle fragrance. Works great as the final step in skincare or before makeup for better adherence. Leaves a slight glow and moisturized feeling (though not long-lasting). Effectively covers large pores, giving a smooth appearance. Hydrates dry pores (leaving a soft, velvety feel) and provides a natural blurring effect. Seems more suitable for spring, summer, and fall rather than winter. There's a noticeable difference in skin on days when using this product versus not, which makes you want to keep using it! While it feels smooth upon application and seems to reduce pores with its blurring effect, it's disappointing that it doesn't last long. The quantity is small for the price, and it doesn't dramatically reduce pores. It's said to work better for pores when used with the Mini Pore Water Clay Mask, but I only used it alone. The application scent was lovely! It leaves a nice protective feeling on the skin. I'm not sure if it really minimizes pores... It's hard to tell.

I have combination skin with particularly large pores around my nose and cheeks, so I decided to give this a try. It's great to use as an essence substitute when the weather gets warmer because it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. While it gives an immediate tightening sensation on the pores right after application, the effect doesn't last very long. I've been using this to help shrink my enlarged pores after using Elizabeth Arden nose strips, and I think it's working pretty well so far.

Instead, it's moisturizing like a primer. The texture when applying is also pleasant. It doesn't seem to tighten pores particularly well... It was okay at first, but as time went on... sigh. I've been applying a small amount as the final step in my skincare routine for about 3 months. It's more hydrating and absorbs well into the skin than I expected. I've never felt like it had any noticeable effect on my pores. It's probably hard to see visible results with any product, but I guess I'm just using it for peace of mind...?
