The price is reasonable. It feels refreshingly cool when applied. I'm not sure if it's good. It feels a bit heavy and sometimes pills on the skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 24, 2018
The scent is pleasant and it gives a refreshing sensation on the scalp. The ingredients are quite good. It's not a pump bottle, so controlling the amount is challenging. I'm not sure if it's really worth the price... - pb*****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 23, 2018
I love that it reduces hair loss and doesn't leave my hair feeling stiff The cleansing effectiveness seems a bit weaker compared to other shampoos - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinMar 23, 2018
It wasn't as stiff as I expected. I got it at a good price during a sale. It's supposed to be for oily scalps, but I didn't notice a significant reduction in oiliness. They said it contains tea tree, but the scent doesn't smell like tea tree. Instead, there's a slightly artificial fragrance. - yk*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinMay 31, 2017
The scent is like mint chocolate, which I love. With tea tree as an ingredient, I thought it might work wonders for my oily scalp. Plus, the idea of my hair smelling like mint chocolate seemed delightful, so I decided to buy it... After using it for just two or three days, blemishes started popping up all over my scalp. I've never experienced my scalp becoming so sensitive before, which really shocked me. I immediately stopped using the shampoo. Even after switching to other shampoos, the irritation wouldn't subside, so I had to find one with the gentlest ingredients possible. This is hands down the worst product I've ever used in my life. Please, whatever you do, don't choose a shampoo based on fragrance alone. It can really wreak havoc on your scalp... - vj*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessMar 6, 2017
I bought this because tea tree is great for the scalp, especially since mine tends to get hot. I tried it for the first time during an Olive Young sale. The brand turned out to be not bad at all. Personally, I didn't care for the scent. It didn't seem like a typical tea tree fragrance? Stock up during sale periods - gs***Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 12, 2017
The bottle contains a generous amount and it's easy to dispense. It has a refreshing mint scent that gives a cool sensation to the scalp. Even when I used products with worse ingredients, I never experienced scalp flaking or itching like this. I didn't even have oily buildup before... The more I use it, the worse my scalp condition becomes. After just two days, my scalp gets incredibly itchy. It cleanses the scalp too harshly, leaving my hair stiff. I don't understand why they unnecessarily add colorants to shampoo. While fragrance might be added for women's preference, why colorants? We're already exposed to enough dyes through tints, but the scalp should be off-limits. The ingredients are truly terrible. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 11, 2017
I tried the tea tree conditioner, and I absolutely love the scent! It's a real winner in terms of fragrance! It seems like one of those products where sometimes my hair felt great, but other times it became stiff and unmanageable. - ho*****Dry SkinAcne SkinDec 13, 2016
First off, I appreciated that it wasn't a pump-style bottle that always leaves clumps at the end. The scent was also quite pleasant by my standards. Plus, it didn't cause any dandruff or excess oil buildup. You need to squeeze out quite a bit to work up a lather... If you use the same amount as your regular shampoo, it doesn't foam up well enough to feel like you're properly washing your hair. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 23, 2016
It feels refreshing and nice. The scent is pleasant, and it's really convenient to use. There are some unnecessary ingredients (like colorants) in the formula. Also, it leaves the hair a bit stiff after washing, so you'll need to use a conditioner or treatment.
