I've probably used about 10 of these products. It's exactly my style. I don't prefer eyeliners that are too sharp and absolutely smudge-proof. It should also be relatively easy to remove. This product fits the bill perfectly. It looks natural, has decent staying power, and doesn't smudge easily. If you prefer sharp, vivid, and completely smudge-proof eyeliners, this might not be for you. After using more than half of it, it tends to break easily. I wonder if it's because the wooden part and the core separate over time. I tried it on my eyebrows too, and it gives a kind of hip look. If you want defined brows, try drawing them with this product. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 13, 2020
The color looks natural. That's about it... I usually don't like sharpening pencils, and as expected, it's problematic. Once it breaks, there's no point in sharpening it further. Try using a twist-up type instead. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 6, 2019
I've been using this for 5 years now! It applies smoothly and has great staying power. I found that brush-tip eyeliners can sometimes look too sharp and unnatural. While this doesn't create the boldest line, it gives a more natural, softer look which I love! Highly recommended! I wish it had a sharpener attached at the end. When you sharpen it and use it right away, the pencil tends to smudge a bit, which is a bit frustrating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 26, 2018
As someone who usually avoids liquid eyeliners because they look too unnatural, I decided to give this one a try based on recommendations. Surprisingly, it lasts longer than expected! The best part is how beautifully and naturally it applies (at least for my style). It also smudges well for a softer look. The smudging... It doesn't happen immediately, but if I apply my makeup at 7:30 AM, by 4 PM it's always smeared under my eyes. To be fair, I do tend to have issues with eyeliner smudging under my eyes. If anyone knows of a truly smudge-proof option, please recommend it! It pairs perfectly with a wooden pencil sharpener. Just a heads up, it's a bit on the softer side, so be gentle when applying or it might crumble. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 16, 2018
This pencil eyeliner glides on smoothly and naturally! I've settled on this product and have used several. It's easy to purchase since it's available in most Olive Young and LOHB's stores. It's disappointing how quickly it wears down. It feels like I use up one pencil in no time. Also, Olive Young and LOHB's have monthly sales with rotating items, which makes me reluctant to buy at full price. I wish they would just adjust the regular price instead of doing it this way. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSep 3, 2018
I've been using this for years - it's my holy grail! It barely smudges and has great staying power. The color is on the border between brown and black, giving a natural look. Since it's a pencil type, it gets used up quickly. The tip is soft and often gets stuck in the sharpener, resulting in quite a bit of waste. On days when I laugh a lot, it leaves slight marks under my eyes. Though that might be partly due to my droopy eyes. I apply a flesh-toned eyeshadow carefully above and below my eyes before using this. It helps reduce smudging. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 10, 2017
This is an eyeliner that I use consistently. The deep brown color is more natural-looking than a black eyeliner. The application is smooth, and it doesn't smear much. After drawing the eyeliner and over 12 hours later, there is only a slight smudging at the outer corners of the eyes. I use it without any irritation to my eyes. It is slightly less smooth than products with shimmer. The core tends to dry out, so it becomes a bit stiff after using about half of the pencil. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 26, 2017
I'm glad I could draw the lines I wanted so beautifully! I think I now understand why they keep saying 'Woodbury, Woodbury'! Haha I'm using a brown color, and I'm usually the type who just draws the outer corners of my eyes with an eyeliner, but this really helped me create a very natural-looking eye shape!! When I had the chance, I tried using it on the entire eye line, not just the corners, and I really loved it! The fact that it needs to be sharpened is a bit of a downside, and it's not completely smudge-proof either :( I don't know if it's the fate of those who smile with their eyes, or if I just have oily skin around my eyes...but it does tend to smear by the afternoon! But it smears much less than other liners! So it's not a big problem, I think. Use the dedicated sharpener from Woodbury :) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 17, 2017
I was an eyeliner nomad, but after trying it, it's just okay, so I'm going to repurchase it. The line is drawn naturally and beautifully~ The more you sharpen it, the thicker the line feels. After drawing the eyeliner and then using the curler, the eyeliner doesn't seem to have very good staying power, as it wipes off a lot. And if you don't sharpen the eyeliner, it doesn't draw well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 23, 2016
This is my holy grail product! Since it's a cream eyeshadow, I only use it on the outer corners and under my eyes... Even though I have oily eyelids, it doesn't smear much and the cleansing process isn't difficult either, it's just right. It's smooth and easy to apply. The color is so natural-looking, and the shimmer is also very natural. It's such a great product that I've been using it for years, buying it every time it goes on sale! It can be a bit inconvenient to sharpen, but I don't think it's too bad since I can occasionally re-sharpen the tip. If you have very oily eyelids like me, the cream eyeshadow might smear a bit overall. Be sure to grab it when it's on sale!!
