After using 6-7 refills of the Yangtaeocollabo product, here's my review. I had been using this product consistently for about 3 years before, and suddenly felt like writing a review. 🧡 Skin Expression: During the time I was using this product, my skin condition was already quite good. But even then, people I met would constantly compliment me on how great my skin looked. (At the time, I had a slightly dehydrated skin with some pores, wrinkles, and occasional blemishes) It gives a smooth, glowy, watery look. If you like that dewy, glassy skin look that was popular before, I'd recommend this. Especially if you don't have issues with uneven texture or pigmentation, and you like that radiant, 'just stepped out of the department store' kind of finish, this should work well for you. I've included a photo to show how it looks when applied. 🧡 Shade: I'm around a 22 in the autumn warm-toned range, and the 21 shade matched me really well. It did make me look a bit paler, but not overly so, and I liked how it brightened my complexion by one tone.

🤦♀️ Looking at the ingredients now, I realize this product is filled with really bad stuff. When I was using it consistently for 3 years before, my skin was doing great and I'd only get the occasional blemish once a month or so. But now that my skin is more sensitive, I feel like using this would just cause a breakout explosion. It would be great if they could reformulate this with better ingredients... 🤦♀️ The radiant finish is both a pro and a con. On the one hand, the glow works well for dry skin types. But on the other hand, you can't really expect a deeply hydrating formula from this. I think oily skin types would find it too much. 🤦♀️ Ugh, it really does transfer a lot. It photographs well and sticks to hair too. Even just touching your face with your fingers will wipe it off in that area. I guess the dewiness comes at the cost of transfer and longevity, so it's best not to have high expectations on that front.
Tip
For those with really dehydrated skin, make sure to properly hydrate with a good moisturizer first, and then apply this cushion. It has a tendency to cling to dry patches, so doing that should help.

I'm writing a review after buying and using a package with 4 refills. 1. It's decent. As it's a moisturizing product, there's no hassle when applying it daily. It's not heavy and has a light feel, so I've been using this as my base for almost 2 years without any issues. 2. It's not bad for touch-ups either. When covering just the uneven areas, it applies smoothly without any blotchiness.

1. It really cakes up in the winter. Even after exfoliating, the eye area and under the nose tend to get cakey. You need to moisturize well before using the cushion and pat it in. 2. The coverage isn't that great. I don't have any particular skin issues, but if you're looking for heavy coverage, this is not recommended.

It seems you shouldn't stock up on cushions all at once. I bought a set of 1 case and 4 refills, and even with the 2-year expiration, I found it was too tight to finish them all.

It was my first base product.. I changed it later, but it was still pretty even when it fell apart.. The formula is quite watery, and since I used it when I started makeup, I was satisfied that I didn't need much coverage.

The color I bought was the lightest shade, Vanilla Beige 1, but it ended up being too white for me. There seems to be a slight white cast. The coverage is quite good. It covered all the reddish acne scars on my forehead well. There are occasional areas that don't get fully covered, but overall it's a decent cushion. Even though it's a CC cushion, the coverage is good. There's no darkening effect. The application is not too heavy. Since it's a CC cushion, it applies smoothly without feeling too thick.

Strangely, after using this, my skin seemed to have a lot of something on it. This is a bit disappointing. Maybe it's because my skin is extremely sensitive.
