I'm using it because the ingredients give me peace of mind. The price is reasonable, and it lathers up quite well, so it works okay even for long hair. It's definitely thicker than regular shampoos, which I was using to prevent hair loss, but I feel like my hair is falling out even more. The product is not too greasy and has decent ingredients, but it produces a lot of lather, which I like!! The scent is just average. If you buy it from iHerb, it's one of the more affordable options among shampoos of a similar quality. I usually don't use conditioner when I use regular shampoos, but this shampoo does feel a bit stiff without it. My hair is generally in good condition, but in the winter, I still need to use a conditioner. I'm also not sure if it has any hair strengthening benefits. I have to work up the lather with my hands ㅠㅠ I use too much, so I apply half to my head and half to the back of my head and neck. It's refreshing and nice.
