I'm using it because the ingredients give me peace of mind. The price is reasonable, and it lathers up quite well, so it works okay even for long hair. It's definitely thicker than regular shampoos, which I was using to prevent hair loss, but I feel like my hair is falling out even more. Using the matching conditioner from the same line helps a bit. - sp*******Combination SkinJul 21, 2016
The product is not too greasy and has decent ingredients, but it produces a lot of lather, which I like!! The scent is just average. If you buy it from iHerb, it's one of the more affordable options among shampoos of a similar quality. I usually don't use conditioner when I use regular shampoos, but this shampoo does feel a bit stiff without it. My hair is generally in good condition, but in the winter, I still need to use a conditioner. I'm also not sure if it has any hair strengthening benefits. I have to work up the lather with my hands ㅠㅠ I use too much, so I apply half to my head and half to the back of my head and neck. It's refreshing and nice. - an*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJun 20, 2016
My hair feels thicker and grows faster.. The mint ingredient seems to make my scalp feel refreshed Without silicone, it does get a bit stiff But I've gotten used to it and it's fine now - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinJan 22, 2016
When I first used it, it was too stiff after rinsing, but as I got used to it, it doesn't feel slippery and there's no residue left, so I like it. I started using it because they said there are no harmful ingredients, and after using it for about a year, my hair seems to have gotten better. The lather also forms well. It seems the price is gradually increasing. The stiffness after rinsing is a downside. I purchased it from iHerb. You really need to use a conditioner or treatment as well. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinDec 16, 2015
It's gentle and close to natural products, and it lathers well. The ingredients seem good. The scent is quite weak, and the cleansing power is a bit lacking, so I have to lather it up twice. I sometimes use it for showering and for light facial cleansing - it has a mild soap-like feel. It's also good for washing my dog's paws. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 22, 2015
The refreshing herbal scent is present, and the lather forms well. The price is also quite affordable. While it is composed of mild ingredients, the inclusion of phenoxyethanol and fragrances is somewhat disappointing. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinNov 8, 2015
First, the fragrance is very refreshing. Since it's a natural shampoo, I get the sense that it's good for my hair. Even though it doesn't have surfactants, my hair feels very stiff and coarse after shampooing. Using a conditioner is essential. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinOct 16, 2015
It's quite decent. For me, who has switched from a shampoo to a natural one, this shampoo was decent, soft, and good. The lather actually turned out to be more than expected. The second positive point: - It gave my hair volume. I have very fine hair, but it didn't get weighed down and had a nice bounce. The scent got better the more I used it. I'll have to use it for a month, but I'm hoping the hair loss will decrease. The second disappointing point: My hair is falling out more. Compared to just using a regular shampoo in Korea, it's... My hair falls out as I wash and when I brush it... My hair density has been cut in half. And I also got pimples and some kind of discharge? dandruff? This is the first time I've had dandruff on my head. I'm thinking of throwing it away. Don't buy it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinOct 11, 2015
This shampoo is a natural shampoo and scalp shampoo. It is less itchy to use compared to regular hair shampoos, and my seborrheic dermatitis has also improved. It contains biotin, which is said to help with hair loss, but even after using it for over a year, I'm not sure if it's been effective for me. This shampoo is the pre-renewal version, and to be honest, the pre-renewal version is better. Before using this shampoo, please brush your hair from the scalp to the ends while your hair is dry. Doing this will make it lather much better and reduce hair fall. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 2, 2015
My scalp is sensitive, but this product has minimal irritation. And it leaves me feeling refreshed? I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't lather up much. My friends say it leaves their hair feeling stiff...
