It's definitely more stiff than regular shampoo. I'm using it to prevent hair loss, but ironically, it feels like I'm losing more hair. Using the conditioner from the same line helps a bit though.

Before using this shampoo, brush your dry hair thoroughly from scalp to ends. This helps the shampoo work better and reduces hair fall during washing.

Despite containing biotin, which is supposed to help with hair loss, I've been using it for over a year and haven't noticed much improvement in my ongoing hair loss issues. To be honest, I preferred the formula before it was reformulated.

As a natural and scalp-focused shampoo, it's less irritating than regular hair shampoos. It even helped improve my seborrheic dermatitis!
