This cleansing oil has such great cleansing effectiveness, it feels like I've done a double cleanse. The scent is that subtle, signature Max Clinic fragrance. Its cleansing power seems average, but there was no irritation, and I was impressed by how squeaky clean my skin felt after washing. This is my second Max Clinic oil cleanser, and I'm getting the impression that their oil cleansers are generally gentle on the skin. Overall, I liked it so much that it's hard to find any downsides. The scent is refreshing, and it takes care of everything in one go without leaving my skin feeling tight I think it's a bit pricey for the amount you get, so it would be great if they could increase the quantity Use this for cleansing, then follow up with your skincare routine

The cleansing effectiveness is great! It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean, and I love the subtle vitamin scent. It's so convenient that you can use it with both oil and foam cleansers. When the oil doesn't remove everything, the foam helps to wash it all away. It's super easy to use. The best part is its powerful cleansing ability. Sometimes waterproof eyeliner doesn't come off completely with oil or foam cleansers, so I used to follow up with cleansing water. But with this, everything comes off in one go! While it has good cleansing power, it might leave a slight dryness for those with extremely dry skin. However, it's less drying than foam cleansers, though a bit more so than oil-based products. The pleasant orange scent is lovely, and it's gentle on the skin. After use, there's minimal tightness on the face. The price is a bit steep. Using this oil after cleansing with an oil cleanser feels a bit redundant and leaves me feeling slightly uneasy. In the morning, using just a pea-sized amount and lathering it up works wonderfully. This product lathers up really well! I love how it leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean. The price is a concern, and I'm worried about potentially harmful ingredients. It might be too harsh to use on its own for cleansing. If you're wearing makeup, you'll probably need to use this as a second step in your cleansing routine. I found it works great when used with a cleansing device.

The instructions say to apply it on dry skin, but that causes too much pilling. So, I recommend slightly dampening your face (not too much, just a bit) before massaging it in. The scent isn't overpowering and is quite pleasant. While the cleansing power isn't bad, when I use it to remove eye makeup without a dedicated remover, there's definitely some residue left. Also, it stings if it gets in your eyes, so make sure to keep them tightly closed when using it! As someone with thin, dry skin, I noticed increased deep dryness and some tightness after use. You can definitely feel it. I love how the oily gel creates a gentle foam when mixed with water. It's great that it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry. I don't feel like it removes makeup thoroughly. I have oily skin and I've tried almost every version of this. After a tiring day at work, I still haven't found a foam cleanser that removes makeup as thoroughly in one go as this one does. It's a lifesaver! The versions change so often that it's impossible to compare which one is better. Also, no matter how well it cleanses, on days with heavy point makeup, you still need to put in extra effort.
