Personally, I found it incredibly effective on chapped lips - it really felt like it was properly hydrating them. As someone who frequently drinks coffee, water, and other beverages, I couldn't drink right after applying it. If plumping is your goal, the effectiveness is top-notch!

Either use only a tiny amount or avoid buying it altogether. It's not only expensive but also caused a major allergic reaction for me.

However, after using it again, strange blister-like bumps appeared along my upper lip line, and my entire lip area became irritated. Even applying aloe and lip balm didn't help calm it down. Damn it!
