- Bought this for a glossy lip look - There's a slight plumping effect - I use it more for exfoliating lips than as a plumper. When I apply it before bed, by morning the dead skin cells are softened in the thick formula, making it easy to achieve smooth lips - Despite the small size, it lasts longer than expected with occasional use - The storage case is pretty, so I always keep and carry it in its case. It hasn't leaked once - The subtle sweet cotton candy scent (not too strong) puts me in a good mood - It doesn't hurt much during the plumping process. This is my first plumping product, and it only causes a brief tingling sensation - no pain at all - Inevitably, when applying over red lipstick, the applicator tip gets stained and has to be dipped back into the solution. It's hard to clean, making it somewhat unhygienic. Considering wiping lips with a tissue before application - The plumping effect isn't significant. I bought it hoping for '3' level lips, but it's just my regular lips. It's like the slight swelling you get after eating spicy food - It's noticeable when talking due to the thick layer on the lips. I end up rubbing it off and applying tint instead - Perfect for softening lip dead skin cells! Does it really plump up your lips? You bet it does! It truly makes your lips stand out. There's a bit of tingling, but that's par for the course. Perfect for achieving that juicy, hydrated lip look. As for staying power, well, don't get your hopes up. Once you've applied it, eating or drinking is pretty much off the table. You'll need to reapply frequently. It plumps up my lips so much. Look at me, I've got that pouty lip look! The moisturizing effect lasts for ages. It's hard to get used to. On days when my lips are chapped, it really stings. And if it accidentally gets in your mouth while applying, the bitter taste is absolutely terrifying.

It's so good that I don't even need to apply a separate lip balm. The scent might be hit or miss for some, but I love it! It's not an overly artificial fruit or candy smell, but rather a cool, refreshing mint fragrance that I find really pleasant! When you keep this in your makeup pouch, its distinctive scent tends to spread and even transfer a bit to nearby cosmetics. I think some of the product might be creeping up to the cap after closing. I'd recommend wrapping it in tissue or storing it in the paper tube it comes with to prevent this issue. The size is more compact than I expected, but it lasts longer than I thought it would - maybe my lips are just small! Even if you're concerned about value for money due to the small amount, I think it's worth trying. The plumping effect really makes your lips look beautiful when applied. While the texture is a bit sticky, it didn't bother me much. Plus, the ingredients are great, and I appreciate the company's stance against animal testing. The price might be an issue, but I'm willing to repurchase. It's quite addictive, so I find myself applying it just for fun sometimes. The cinnamon scent is quite strong, so people might have mixed feelings about the fragrance. It wasn't too irritating and was convenient to use. The scent wasn't overpowering or bothersome. The volume is small compared to the price. The plumping effect isn't very noticeable. Setting aside the small volume, the container keeps leaking.

I've always been interested in products with a plumping effect during my lip treatment routine, and after trying several, this one definitely stands out. The volume increase is noticeable, and when your lips are in poor condition, the plumping effect can even be slightly tingling - which is fantastic! I first tried the DuWop Venom Original at a drugstore and then bought a mini trial set. The clear original seems to have the strongest tingling plumping effect. It's definitely great for temporarily adding volume and a plump, oily feel, but you should be prepared for the scent and slightly thick texture. If you have fine lines, the plumping effect can give an immediate, albeit temporary, fuller lip appearance. However, the idea of using this product for consistent care might be a bit overwhelming. Personally, I found it incredibly effective on chapped lips - it really felt like it was properly hydrating them. As someone who frequently drinks coffee, water, and other beverages, I couldn't drink right after applying it. If plumping is your goal, the effectiveness is top-notch! Personally, the rather strong scent is the most bothersome aspect, especially since it's applied to the lips. You can apply it generously to dull, lifeless lips for a voluminous look, or layer it over a suitable color without any issues.
