I was able to buy it cheaply at the military base. True to its 'oil control' name, after washing my face and applying it, there is no sticky feeling, and this sensation lasts, giving me the impression that the oiliness of my skin is also improving.
Cons

It definitely felt like it did a good job of controlling oil. After cleansing, there was a lot less oiliness over time. It didn't feel sticky at all, which was nice.
Cons
After cleansing and using it, I felt like it didn't provide that much moisture.
