It's for dry skin, but it applies smoothly without feeling sticky on the hands, and after applying it to the face, it feels moisturized and quite bouncy, which I liked. The fragrance was also very nice.

Pros
I've tried a lot of different cosmetics in the military, but I don't think anything has been as good as this one. Since my skin is oily, most cosmetics would leave a greasy feeling when I applied them, but this one didn't have that at all, which I really liked. The scent was nice too.
Cons
In dry seasons like winter, my skin tends to feel very tight when I use just this product.

The fragrance is really nice, it absorbs oil well, and it has good spreadability.

However, the oil buildup is extremely bad later on. :(

Pros
It's a pump-type product, so I only needed to press it about 4-5 times to get the right amount, which spread well across my entire face. After applying, my face felt soft and smooth, and it also helped control oil a bit! The scent is refreshing and not at all unpleasant. The amount seems a bit generous, but I used it up until the expiration date...☆
Cons
When I applied a small amount, my face would sometimes get flushed shortly after. So I'd have to pump it a few more times and apply it, but by the evening, my face would feel tight. This is not a recommended product for dry skin.
Tip
It's not quite suitable for nighttime use, so it's better to apply it in the morning. If you feel any tightness, you can layer a moisturizer on top. Also, the pump area tends to get messy with product, so it's a good idea to wipe that area clean with your fingers as you use the product, to keep things tidy.

Ballin's quality seems good. It's just average. I used it because I thought it was good for the skin as it uses fruits and vegetables. The fragrance is quite nice as well. It's not too sweet and not like an old man's cosmetics either.
Cons
