It has a moderate amount of moisture and is nicely hydrated. I was able to try it out as it was included in the Hwahae Trial Reviewer kit.
Cons
The scent is extremely strong, unfortunately. It smells like a men's skin toner or a car air freshener... It gives me a headache. I applied it to my hands and feet, but then had to wash it off. It has a pungent, artificial fragrance. The stickiness is not severe, but it's not completely absent either.

I bought the kit from the 'Nego King'. - The scent is very masculine ㅋㅋㅋ It wasn't really my thing, but my boyfriend used it without any issues. - It's a lotion, but it has more moisture than oil, so it's good for oily skin.
Cons
