I liked that I could open a new one each time I needed it. It does feel refreshing on the skin.
ConsThe hydration was severely lacking. I tried applying it during the essence step, but for my extremely dry skin, this ampoule was woefully inadequate in terms of moisture. I won't be repurchasing. Also, every time I opened it, there was a chilling sound of glass breaking - I'm not sure if it's just me doing something wrong. Even after opening, the glass edges were uneven and felt dangerous. While other products open smoothly, this one scares me due to its strong glass. I'm worried glass particles might have gotten inside.
TipIt does have a refreshing feel. While it seems to provide some hydration, it lacks deep moisturizing properties. As someone with very dry skin, I immediately follow up with another essence or ampoule that's more moisturizing. Those with oily skin might find the light texture suitable. Each vial seems to contain enough for 2-3 applications. I used it generously and got two uses out of it. If you find this insufficient for hydration, like me, you'll need to layer it with more moisturizing products. For those with extremely dry skin, this alone will definitely not be enough.

ConsThe amount is a bit too much for a single use, which feels wasteful. If you layer it multiple times, it can become a bit sticky. I haven't seen any dramatic effects yet.

My sister gave me this along with another brand's ampoule to try, and I ended up stocking up on this for half a year;; It's not the kind of moisture that makes your hair stick to your face like seaweed, nor does it give an instant hydrated glow. But it does help prevent the dryness that comes after treatments, leaving skin feeling soft and smooth with a light texture that absorbs well. It's less sticky and absorbs quickly, making it suitable for layering. Rather than thinking of it as a rich, nourishing ampoule, I find it works better when I use it as a hydrating serum that's more substantial than a toner but still relatively lightweight.
ConsEven if you apply it three or four times, it's too much to use up a whole bottle at once. I just keep it in the fridge and use it morning and night.
TipI learned that ampoules should be used for 2 weeks, then take a 2-week break;; After a procedure, if your skin feels hot, here's my routine: Gently cleanse with a mist, apply this hydrating ampoule, follow with a regenerating cream, then use a cold compress. If the heat sensation returns? Just repeat this routine once or twice, and you're done with post-laser soothing care!
