It has a lovely rose scent and doesn't feel sticky at all. A trustworthy Isoi product. You'll notice a gradual brightening effect with consistent use. The design is sleek and elegant. It can leave the skin feeling a bit dry. The price point makes it less suitable for everyday use. I wish the cap had a matte finish as it tends to show fingerprints. It works great when used consistently with an exfoliating toner. For best results, follow this routine: Doctor - Rose Essence - Skin - Toner - Emulsion - Cream - Sleeping Pack. Being an Isoi product, I trust the ingredients and use it with confidence! Although it's a brightening product, the hydration is quite impressive too. The price is a bit disappointing. I absolutely loved how incredibly hydrating this product is! It's so moisturizing that using just this emulsion alone keeps my skin feeling wonderfully supple. I honestly can't think of any drawbacks or disappointments with this product. I find it works even better when used in combination with a brightening spot treatment.

It also claims to have a whitening effect, which was nice. The very hydrating feel would likely be good for dry skin types as well. The whitening effect doesn't show up immediately, which is a bit disappointing. Even though the ingredients and formula are good, the 130ml size is quite small for a toner, so the price point isn't the most reasonable. While the price isn't exactly cheap, the brand does have occasional sales and events on their website. The Isoi toner had no complaints other than the price. It is a whitening toner, and it does whiten the skin. If the Rose toner gives a tone-up effect, this product makes the skin look whiter. For those with already fair skin, the change may not be dramatic, but for those with tanned skin, using one bottle can definitely make the skin look whiter. Contrary to expectations, the texture is refreshingly smooth. It will likely work well for oily skin, while those with dry skin may feel it lacks moisture. The usage experience is similar to the Isoi Rose toner. It's not an extremely chemical product, so the immediate effects are not dramatic. However, there is a sense of the skin becoming brighter rather than just clearer. The price is a bit higher than other Isoi toners. But unless you have an urgent need for whitening, you may not feel the product has any special merits. 1. Moisturizing ...This was the only advantage I had. I've never had any problems with cosmetics my whole life. I never had a single pimple even on the magical day that comes once a month, and my skin was so good that I used to use Estée Lauder's brown bottle, Guerlain, and Yves Saint Laurent skincare products extensively. But after recently discovering Hwahae, I became more conscious of the ingredients and completely switched to the Isoi line. I remembered using the Bulgarian Rose Essence well before, and since I was also interested in whitening lately, I switched the whole line. But at 29 years old, I realized for the first time that I could break out from using cosmetics.. It's a runny type. It was moisturizing, but since I had been using a lot of chemical products, the absorption was slow. I thought it was because it was a natural product, so I put in more time and effort to absorb it. When I applied the essence from the same line, it became creamy and pale..??? It felt like these two were causing a huge whirlwind on my skin.. I had to pat the essence to absorb it, and I felt a stuffy feeling that I hadn't noticed before, but I thought it was a good sign - that the characteristics of natural products cause breakouts first before building up. After using it for about a week, my chin and cheeks felt itchy, and I got redness and breakouts.. So I switched back to my husband's acne essence and the cream I used to use, and it calmed down again. I had spent a lot of money on this, so I even applied it to my body. I used to boast about my flawless skin, but I unexpectedly experienced chicken skin all over my body.. I threw it all away. I really want to know which ingredient caused this. I switched to different products, but my skin is still sensitive.. Natural products are not always good.. It seems too difficult, but I can't go back to those chemical-laden products either. The ingredients are good, gentle, and moisturizing, making it an excellent toner without any flaws. It seems difficult to expect dramatic whitening from this toner.

This is my favorite Isoi toner~^^ Isoi often has sales and events, but the whitening toner is rarely included.^^;; It's also great to use as a face mask by soaking a 1/2 cotton pad with it~
