Strangely, after using this shampoo, I developed a lot of blemishes along my hairline and on my jawline where my hair touches. Just to be sure, I tried another shampoo I had at home, and the blemishes stopped appearing. Those with sensitive skin prone to breakouts might want to keep this in mind.

I switched to this shampoo after my previous one left my hair feeling stiff. I can definitely say it's made my hair softer! It lathers well and feels great to use.

It lathers up beautifully, and after rinsing, your hair feels soft and manageable, not stiff like a broom. I'm so pleased that even when I'm in a rush and skip the conditioner, it's not a big deal. Totally satisfied!

Rather than just using the shampoo alone, try pairing it with the conditioner for double the effect and fragrance! I bought the treatment as well during a sale, and I'm using all three - I'm very satisfied with the results.
