It's neither too dry nor too moisturizing. The product absorbs well. It tends to transfer and sticks to masks easily. There seems to be a bit of pilling. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 24, 2019
It stays put on your face without easily coming off. It's resistant to sweat and water, making it a great choice for men who find it difficult to touch up their makeup when out. The coverage is also excellent. The texture is a bit thick, so you need to be careful to apply it evenly to avoid patchiness. There's a slight scent, which I personally don't mind, but I'd recommend testing it first to see if you're okay with it. After applying with a puff, gently pat a bit more product with your fingers on areas that need extra coverage for a much better result. - su*******Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 21, 2018
Waterproof with excellent staying power and coverage so good you can skip concealer - truly top-tier The high coverage comes with a matte finish, which might not suit those with dry skin Mix it with a PP primer for a less matte finish. While the pink puff is nice, using a 196 brush for application gives a beautiful skin texture and works wonders - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 30, 2017
It doesn't cause darkening and creates a radiant look. Even with acne-prone skin, it doesn't trigger breakouts, and although it can feel a bit rich, it gives a beautiful dewy glow. When applied, it sets to a matte finish without causing dead skin cells to flake. Occasionally, areas like the nose might feel a bit dry, but with proper skincare, it's easily manageable. Sometimes, even with a gentle squeeze, a large amount suddenly comes out, leading to product waste on clothes or the floor. If it gets on clothes, it's waterproof and hard to remove. When it breaks down, it does so in an odd way, almost like it's creating little dots of product on the skin. Always use a damp beauty sponge instead of hands or brushes! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJul 21, 2017
My skin was quite dark, so I bought a higher shade number. Fortunately, it suits my skin well, and I'm loving it! The staying power is absolutely top-notch! The disappointing part is that it doesn't cover pores very well. I have to apply a primer first before using this product. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJun 28, 2017
The staying power is even better than Double Wear, and the color payoff is absolutely gorgeous. It does last until evening, but when I checked myself in the elevator mirror after drinks, it looked a bit patchy - probably due to the alcohol. This seems unavoidable for me, as alcohol and cigarettes tend to show on my skin. It's especially noticeable around 8 PM after a long day, and even more so after drinking. I'm not sure about its resistance to sweat yet, as I haven't sweated much. However, it's definitely resistant to oil. It also holds up well against heat and humidity. For best results, apply a good base and use an air puff to blend. The foundation sets quickly on the face, so you need to work fast with the air puff for seamless blending. - ad*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSep 29, 2016
I switched from CC cream to this due to its coverage! The ratings were good so I had high hopes, but it doesn't seem to suit me... The coverage is medium to high. The application isn't bad, but it requires quick brush strokes. Even though I have dry skin and always work hard on my skincare routine... It becomes dry within a few hours. It feels like my skin is shriveling up... I can feel the deep dryness rising. On days when I wear this and go out, my complexion looks yellowish, making me look pale and dehydrated. It's better with a brush than a puff. I tried various types of puffs, but it clumps up. Using a brush to quickly spread it on works best for the thinnest and most even application. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAug 14, 2016
It covers blemishes well when applied to problem areas I bought this to use as a foundation, but without a makeup base, it tends to pill if not applied carefully. The makeup breaks down quickly, unfortunately. So I'm mixing it with MAC Fix Fluid Foundation. For those with combination to oily skin, I wouldn't recommend using this on its own - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJul 14, 2016
As someone who tans easily and spends half the year at the beach on weekends, my skin gets quite dark in summer. Other brands' dark foundations made my skin look dull, like a corpse. After searching everywhere for the right shade, I finally found it! This is my summer foundation holy grail!!!! It gives me a healthy-looking tan!!!!!!! Though it's my first time using it, I'm 100% sure I'll repurchase when I run out. I have noticeable pores, and this doesn't cover them well. Also, it feels a bit pricey for the amount you get. Pairing this with MAC Quick Finish Compact Powder in the same shade or one shade darker is the ultimate combination! It dramatically increases coverage. I used to hate getting tan because it made me look dull, but with this combo, I've discovered I can look beautiful with a healthy tan! It's given me hope that darker skin can be gorgeous too! - no*****Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresJul 7, 2016
I repurchased this after a friend gifted it to me and I found it quite nice. The coverage is decent, and the tone suits most men well - it looks quite natural! Nothing major, but... Since it's waterproof, it's a bit of a hassle to wash off your hands after applying. Also, most men don't touch up their makeup during the day, so if you apply too much initially, it can start to look cakey over time (best to use sparingly from the start). And of course, when wearing a white shirt, you'll find yourself afraid to move your neck for fear of transfer. I got a recommendation for a foundation brush from MAC that works well for men - it was a real game-changer for me. Fantastic! Before applying foundation, after your skincare routine, I'd suggest using a fixer mist (MAC) followed by a primer that doubles as sunscreen (MAC). It should work well.
