Pros
This product maximizes hydration. It's great not just for babies in winter, but also for adults dealing with red rashes or itching on legs due to dryness. It's also excellent for soothing dead skin cells.
Cons
The texture is quite thick, so it takes time to apply over large areas. You need to spread it frequently, which might cause irritation.
Tip
For better absorption, try applying your regular essence, emulsion, or light cream first, then layer this cream on top. If you have a product you're already using but want extra moisture in winter, give this layering method a try.

Pros
As the seasons changed, my facial skin barrier broke down, causing red rashes and a tingling sensation. During this time, I applied Fenaten to both cheeks before bed for three consecutive nights. This routine helped my skin recover, eliminating the tingling sensation, and by the fifth day, even my dry eczema had disappeared. Now I'm maintaining my skin with a different, rich product that provides excellent hydration. It seems to be quite effective for soothing the skin in emergency situations.
Cons
The absorption isn't great. It's quite thick and has a strong scent, which might be difficult for those sensitive to fragrances. After application, you need to cover up, otherwise it gets on everything - clothes, bedding, you name it. While it's thick and can stain, it does wash out, so it's not a major issue. But it's something to keep in mind.

Pros
It's incredibly rich. Beyond imagination haha At first, I was like, 'What?!' But when my baby had a rash due to the diaper, I just applied it to the buttocks. The effect was immediate!!!!! I continued using it until the diaper was removed.
Cons
However, the ingredients are disappointing... Really... And it's incredibly inconvenient to open and close.

Pros
Rather than a cream, I'm applying it like an ointment. It seems to be effective in getting rid of the rash.
Cons
The thick texture makes it not very spreadable. I'll have to use up the large amount I bought when traveling abroad...

Pros
The diaper rash was relieved. After washing and drying well, applying it helps with the coding, which is great.
Cons
The thick texture makes it difficult to apply. It feels like applying cement.
Tip
Remove the moisture and pat it on several times. That's why it takes a long time.

Pros
When my baby's skin and legs broke out in a rash-like condition, I started using a product that a friend had gifted me since my baby was around 2 months old. (The rash was so widespread that even after visiting a pediatrician and dermatologist, the only advice I got was to keep the skin moisturized.) After using the product for a few days, the skin started peeling a bit, but the rash gradually subsided. Even when my baby's skin condition worsens, applying this product intensively helps it clear up within a few days.
Cons
As others have mentioned, the texture is quite thick. If your hands are a bit damp, it can be tricky to apply smoothly, but that also means it has great staying power once applied. I've been using the same jar for over a year, as I only need to use a small amount each time.

I like it. My husband bought it on his business trip, and it seems to be a good ointment for rash.
Cons
It's not bad. Except for the texture being a bit strange, I actually thought it wasn't too runny, which I liked.

After applying it to the diaper rash or irritated area, it subsided in 2-3 days. The affordable price and the fact that it's a German product make me trust it.

It's great for initial breakouts It's a product that has been used for a long time in Germany, so I bought it with confidence and have been using it well
Cons
It's really thick... Using a small amount lasts a long time.... There's some indescribable stickiness...
