Pros
This product maximizes hydration. It's great not just for babies in winter, but also for adults dealing with red rashes or itching on legs due to dryness. It's also excellent for soothing dead skin cells.
Cons
The texture is quite thick, so it takes time to apply over large areas. You need to spread it frequently, which might cause irritation.
Tip
For better absorption, try applying your regular essence, emulsion, or light cream first, then layer this cream on top. If you have a product you're already using but want extra moisture in winter, give this layering method a try.

Pros
As the seasons changed, my facial skin barrier broke down, causing red rashes and a tingling sensation. During this time, I applied Fenaten to both cheeks before bed for three consecutive nights. This routine helped my skin recover, eliminating the tingling sensation, and by the fifth day, even my dry eczema had disappeared. Now I'm maintaining my skin with a different, rich product that provides excellent hydration. It seems to be quite effective for soothing the skin in emergency situations.
Cons
The absorption isn't great. It's quite thick and has a strong scent, which might be difficult for those sensitive to fragrances. After application, you need to cover up, otherwise it gets on everything - clothes, bedding, you name it. While it's thick and can stain, it does wash out, so it's not a major issue. But it's something to keep in mind.

Pros
The hydration power is absolutely fantastic! It's probably the best among creams. My son's skin gets very dry, so Penaten cream is a must-have for us in winter.
Cons
It's quite thick, which makes it a bit challenging to apply. You need to spread it out a lot, so my son isn't too fond of the process.

Pros
I received a gift called 'German National Cream'. When I used it in the winter, the moisturizing power was good.
Cons
The thick texture made it very difficult to spread, so I ended up not using it. Since the case is similar to Nivea, it was also inconvenient and prone to heating up.
Tip
It's really thick, so the spreadability is not great. It would be best to use it only on specific dry areas that need moisture.

Pros
When my baby's skin and legs broke out in a rash-like condition, I started using a product that a friend had gifted me since my baby was around 2 months old. (The rash was so widespread that even after visiting a pediatrician and dermatologist, the only advice I got was to keep the skin moisturized.) After using the product for a few days, the skin started peeling a bit, but the rash gradually subsided. Even when my baby's skin condition worsens, applying this product intensively helps it clear up within a few days.
Cons
As others have mentioned, the texture is quite thick. If your hands are a bit damp, it can be tricky to apply smoothly, but that also means it has great staying power once applied. I've been using the same jar for over a year, as I only need to use a small amount each time.

It seems to be a cream that is applied to thicker areas. It seems to be well moisturizing.
Cons
It's really thick and sticky. I only applied it around my child's mouth because their skin was cracked, but it turned their skin whitish... like they grew a beard or something.

Pros
It's good for dry skin. Although it's difficult to apply, the moisturizing power is good.
Cons
The spreadability is very poor. I contacted the place I bought it from, and they told me to use it mixed with oil, so I'm using it that way. The ingredients are also disappointing..

Pros
It's great for diaper rash. The redness goes away quickly. It's also good for dry newborn skin.
Cons
It's too thick. When applied, it leaves a white residue. It's extremely dense and sticky.
