First of all, I'm really happy that it's made with natural oils. When you apply a small amount to the skin, it makes the skin feel comfortable and moisturized. Other regular balms can be a bit sticky, but since this is a beauty balm, the application is a bit better. The fragrance is not artificial and has a subtle, pleasant scent. The price has suddenly gone up a lot, which is surprising, but it's still in the 10,000 won range on iHerb. I've been diligently looking for an alternative, but couldn't find one. It's better than the intensive balm (tin case) I had before. If the price doesn't go down, I'll have to use that one, but I'll be really disappointed. I hope it doesn't get discontinued.
ConsIt's a good size for carrying around, but since it's a glass container, I'm worried it might break. The spatula isn't included either.

But since I didn't want to waste the money, I persevered and used about half the bottle. The fragrance was nice. Alas, that's all the oil-rich Hwahae Trial Reviewer can say...
ConsThe reviews promised that applying it and going to sleep would leave my skin soft, smooth, and supple the next day, but for me, it was just a grease fest. Still, I held onto a sliver of hope that it might help soothe my skin or alleviate any trouble, but it was all for naught.
TipI have oily skin and accidentally bought it. I received it as a gift... Use it as a lip balm. That seems to be the only way to salvage it.

The oil has a less flowing texture and is densely packed with beeswax, giving it a slightly thicker consistency. It has a similar feel to the Chajun balm, and while the application is slightly stiff, it works well. The fragrance is also better than the artificial scent of the Chajun product. It is creamier than the Dr.Jart+ balm. In a heated room, it can even melt smoothly into the skin. When applied, it adheres to the skin without feeling greasy, which I appreciate. The ingredients include rose oil, castor oil, and beeswax. I have no complaints about this product.
ConsThe fragrance fades quickly, leaving behind a musty scent. It doesn't seem to be as high-end as expected. Due to the beeswax and olive oil properties, absorption is slow. I'm still unsure if I really need to purchase this product. However, the cost-effectiveness is good.
TipFor the nails, toes, and lips - especially the face. It's best to apply this balm at night. It helps to soften and exfoliate the lips better than regular lip balms.

I bought this as an alternative to Vaseline, which is said to clog pores, and it definitely feels less thick and occlusive, but personally, I like it more. I've tried other balms, but I couldn't find one as intensely moisturizing as Vaseline. However, if I apply Vaseline incorrectly, little pimples start popping up, and I tend to avoid it on days when my skin isn't doing well. This balm has simple ingredients and seems useful to use as a solid base by applying it thoroughly.
ConsThere's no special spatula. I just reuse the one I have and clean it. To be honest, in the winter, I'm drawn to balms with even more intense moisturizing power, but those don't seem to come with good ingredients. You can't find what doesn't exist on this earth.
TipIt's also good for massaging. Of course, it's great for the heels and elbows, but I found it's not too heavy even when massaging the face. I have very thin skin and am sensitive to oils, so even something like calendula oil can sometimes irritate me. Moisturizers with a blend of oils tend to just destroy my skin the moment I apply them. But even after prolonged massage, my skin feels incredibly soothed with this balm. The scent is nice too. Before using the balm, I first apply a few layers of an essence with tons of humectants, and if my skin is too dry, I'll add in an ampoule. Then I do a 7-skin method with a toner without oils, and moisturize thoroughly with an oil-free cream. Finally, I apply this balm to dry areas, pat it in well, and sometimes add another layer. For combination skin types, be mindful of the amount - use more on dry areas and just a light sweep on the T-zone. In the morning, your skin will feel incredibly soft and comfortable.

I bought the Bejel Damascus Rose Face Oil because I really liked it. What I like the most is the ingredients. The fragrance is also nice.
ConsSince it's a balm-type, it seems to absorb more slowly. It's difficult to apply in the morning, and when I applied it in the evening, I felt my skin felt stuffy. So I didn't apply it often.
TipI apply it to my lips at night.

At night, I apply a little more as if wrapping my face, and when I wake up the next morning, my skin is not dry. It's a night-type product, but it melts well with body heat and is not uncomfortable to use~~
ConsIt's a bit heavy for summer use......... But other than that, I don't think there's anything else wrong with it.

I used to use products from the same line, but I switched to the overnight type. The formula is the same in terms of melting with body temperature, but the overnight type is more convenient for targeted application. Plus, the overnight type feels more moisturizing, if you will. When applied around the eyes and lips, it seems to provide a bit more nourishment for dry winter skin, so I'm quite satisfied!
ConsNot yet. I think it would be great if a larger size option was available.
TipI also highly recommend the body oil from the same line. It's great for dry, itchy skin in the winter. After showering, while your skin is still damp, apply the oil all over your body, then follow up with a body cream for extra moisture. You can really pamper your body skin that way. Among the oils, the organic ones tend to be more prone to scent changes, so it's best to store them in a cool place, not a warm one.
