Pros
This takes about 1 minute to roll on, and then it starts to dry and feel a bit tingly. So I quickly melt the oil-based makeup by rolling it on for 1 minute, then add water to dilute it and roll it off gently. This removes it smoothly and softly. After that, I wipe it off with a sponge and do a second cleansing, or on sensitive skin days, I gently cleanse with just the milk cleanser for the first and second steps, then rinse with water. This leaves my skin hydrated and nice. I used to go through about 5 bottles of the Biotherm milk cleanser, but then I realized the persistent bumps were from that cleansing milk, so I switched to a water-based cleanser. But now I've switched back to the Eucerin cleansing milk and I'm really happy with it.

The cleansing power is quite good, removing over 80% of the first makeup. I don't use it to remove makeup, but mainly during my morning cleansing routine. After cleansing and using a toner, my skin becomes as soft and moisturized as a baby's bottom, and there's no flakiness at all when I apply makeup in the morning, so I really rely on this product.
