The cleansing lotion has a creamy texture, not a runny lotion-like consistency. The texture and application are great, and it effectively removes base makeup. Pros
The cleansing power is quite good, removing over 80% of the first makeup. I don't use it to remove makeup, but mainly during my morning cleansing routine. After cleansing and using a toner, my skin becomes as soft and moisturized as a baby's bottom, and there's no flakiness at all when I apply makeup in the morning, so I really rely on this product.
Cons
There's nothing really bad about it. A small amount can cover the entire face, so the price is quite affordable, which is a plus.

I have a simple daily makeup routine, but my makeup tends to come off easily! I usually remove eye makeup with a makeup remover, so it's not a problem. My skin is troubled and lacks moisture, and it's oily. I used only oils for about 4 years, thinking they would be good for my skin, but after developing seborrheic dermatitis, I looked into it and found that oils can actually be bad. So I wanted to switch to a cleansing milk instead. When cleansing waters were really popular, I used the Bioderma one, but it just didn't work for me, so I went back to using oils and have been using them ever since. I saw that the dermatologist recommended the Cellusion cleansing milk, and I wanted to try that, but it's more expensive than I expected, and I'd have to order it online. So I ended up searching for a readily available cleansing milk and found this one. My skin has become so soft and smooth! My blemishes have disappeared and haven't come back - it's been amazing! I don't feel like my makeup isn't being removed anymore.

Wow, the cleansing milk is so effective at cleansing! ㅋㅋㅋ I went to Olive Young to buy a cleansing water, and the pretty sister in the white outfit looked at my skin and recommended this to me. Even though I usually get skin peeling treatments at the dermatologist and have sensitive skin, after switching from just using the water to using the milk, my makeup is completely removed, and there's no irritation at all!!! It doesn't sting my eyes, so lately I've just been using this to remove my eye makeup too ㅋㅋ I usually don't leave reviews, but this has become a holy grail product for me.

Hmm, if I had to pick a downside, it would be the packaging! You have to press down on the top to open the cap, and then flip it over to squeeze it out, which is hygienic but can be a bit annoying sometimes. The feel after cleansing is gentle and good! The cleansing power is quite excellent, so sometimes when I'm lazy, I skip the eye makeup remover and just use this to wipe off even the Kiss Me mascara, and it removes it cleanly!
