I've found that mixing a few drops of oil (jojoba, tea tree, cranberry, etc.) into the modeling mask before applying seems to enhance its effectiveness.

1. The cooling effect is amazing!
My face tends to get very red and I can develop contact dermatitis when irritated, but after using this, my skin feels soothed and incredibly refreshed.
The instructions say to remove it after 30-40 minutes, and the cooling sensation lasts that entire time!

2. Gentle on skin?
My skin is extremely sensitive so I can't use just anything, but this mask seems to cause very little irritation despite its strong cooling effect.

3. Quantity
I bought the 500g size, and maybe because I don't use it too often... it's lasted me about a year.

I used to work in the beauty industry for 12 years (in hair and scalp, not skin, but I had a lot of interaction with cosmetics factories for product development). So even though I get lazy and stop using products sometimes, I never give up on them just because of application inconveniences.

Since this is a soothing mask, I chose aloe vera gel as the ingredient to mix in, and it worked perfectly.

Here's the trick:
Take 1 cup of the 'Perfectly Moist' powder and mix it with 1 cup of water (the original recipe calls for 1.5 or 2 cups of water, but we'll replace the rest with aloe vera gel).
Add 5-6 pumps of aloe vera gel and mix it all together. (You can add a bit more aloe gel if you want, but don't go over 10 pumps, or it will take too long to set.)

No need to wait, and no need to worry about the viscosity - it won't drip or dry out!

First, apply it generously on your forehead, cheeks, and around your nose (even on your lips, slather on that serum!). 
Then, gently close one eye and scoop up the mask with a spatula, using your other hand holding a mirror to guide you in applying it on the other eye area. Toss the spatula and mirror, relax for 20 minutes, then peel it off and finish up.

And don't throw away those empty Lindsay rubber mask containers - reuse them for your 'Perfectly Moist' mask!

 Many people say that the 'Perfectly Moist' mask has a downside that requires a specific application technique.
This is true, as the viscosity can be tricky to get right. However!!!!!
I have a super easy trick to perfectly fix that issue, and I'll share the golden tip with you.

The standard instructions say to mix the powder 1:1.5 or 1:2 with water, shake it up, let it sit for a few minutes until the right consistency is achieved, and then apply.
But what often happens is you shake it up, then occasionally give it a little shake, thinking "this should be good enough," and end up applying it when it's way too runny. Then you've got drips on your stretched-out t-shirt, you've already started applying it so you can't stop, and your laundry is ruined... but you love the mask so much that you keep using it despite the inconvenience, just sighing heavily.

This is why you see reviews saying "just use less water, you'll get used to it" or "it's fine if it thickens up while you're applying it" (because you've let it sit for way too long). Everyone is like "it's so annoying but it's so good..."

Well, my fellow 'Perfectly Moist' enthusiasts, I have a golden tip for you!

 The mask peels off cleanly, except for a thin layer around the edges.

Finishing: After removing the mask, your face will feel quite chilled, while your hands will be too warm, so they might feel uncomfortable on your face (that's why I recommended applying as much serum as possible before the mask).
I recommend using a tissue-type cotton pad, soaking it with toner, to gently remove any residue around the edges and smooth out the skin. Then, lightly apply a finishing product like a face oil.
I personally feel like applying oil is a bit uncomfortable, so I just quickly dab it on my forehead and cheeks and remove my hands. But you do need to apply a finishing product.

Using the pack together with the ampoule will give you even better results!!

The only downside is that it's a bit of a hassle to call it a 'home modeling pack'.

This is truly a life-changing product for me ㅠㅠㅠㅠ The cooling sensation is no joke, and it really tightens my pores. When used with the ampoule, it significantly reduces my acne. My blemishes are disappearing quickly - I've only used the pack 3 times, but my acne is already clearing up. I'm absolutely in love with this product! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

The price... the price is ㅠㅠ... It's a little better if you buy it in bulk... but since I use it often, it runs out quickly, so there's price pressure ㅠㅠ
