My skin feels very comfortable and soothed, and it becomes soft and supple. It also feels like my skin is fully hydrated.
Cons
But since it works well for me (I have very sensitive skin), I looked up the ingredients and they don't seem great...; Skin really is different for everyone..

A creamy moisturizer with a slight oily finish. Although it has some oiliness, the texture is relatively smooth. I used this well during the winter as a oily skin type. After applying this and going to bed, my skin felt soft and supple when I cleansed in the morning. For my oily skin, applying a product with no oil at all would make my face feel greasy within an hour, but this seemed to balance the oil levels well without causing any breakouts.
Cons
The oily cream was satisfactory for me to use during the winter, but it may be too heavy for summer use... After double cleansing in the winter, I would sometimes feel tightness, so I intentionally looked for something with a bit more oil content, which worked well for me. However, it may be too heavy for other oily skin types.
