It gives me the feeling of being deeply hydrated. It works well for me (I have super sensitive skin), so I looked up the ingredients thinking they must be good. But they're not great... It's a cream with a white, rich texture. Despite its richness, you might expect it to be sticky, but the texture is actually quite smooth. I have oily skin, but I used it well during the winter. When I applied this before bed, my skin felt soft and supple during my morning cleanse. As someone with oily skin, if I use products without any richness, my face becomes an oil slick within an hour. However, this cream managed to balance my skin's oil production without causing any blemishes. While I was satisfied using this rich cream during winter, it might be challenging to use in summer. After double cleansing in winter, I felt some deep dryness, so I intentionally looked for a product with a bit of richness, which worked well for me. However, it might feel a bit heavy for others with oily skin. 
ha*******Dry SkinAcne SkinOct 29, 2015I tried this because it's free of parabens, silicones, colorants, and mineral oils. It's a white cream formula. First impression: pleasant scent, absorbs well. After application: incredibly hydrating, skin feels velvety smooth. Conclusion: My skin feels comfortable. Highly recommended for dry skin types. While it claims to be suitable for all skin types, it might be a bit rich for oily skin, depending on personal preference. I first used it when my skin was in really bad condition, and it initially caused a tingling sensation. However, the next day I applied it without any issues. Now, after about 3 weeks of use, my skin feels comfortable. I think it would be best to apply a lighter essence first, then follow up with this cream.
