I received a sample and used it as a toner pack. These days, my chin has been getting oily and bumpy, so I tried this product. As it is a water-based toner, I squeezed it onto a cotton pad and left it on my chin for about 5 minutes. There was a slight stinging sensation on the blemished areas. When I wiped it off, I gently massaged it in. It seems to be a moisturizing and gentle water-based toner.
Cons

If the toner doesn't work well, I can switch back to using the Zeroid products and it works great for me. (It fits my skin type really well.) There was no peeling or anything like that, and it absorbs quickly.
Cons
I have sensitive and oily skin, so this worked really well for me, but if you have dry skin, it might be quite drying. You'll definitely need to use a moisturizing lotion or cream with this toner. Even for oily skin, this toner can make the skin feel tight.
