If you have sensitive skin, steer clear at all costs. It's incredibly irritating. I had high hopes since I saw Zeroid in many dermatology clinics, but I'm so disappointed.
ConsOf all the toners I've used, I've never experienced one this irritating or that caused such severe breakouts. The moment I applied it, my face started burning and turned red. To make matters worse, the tiny bumps that appeared wouldn't go away, forcing me to stay indoors for days. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others not to buy this blindly like I did. You're better off trying Zeroid's soothing line instead.

ConsIt stings slightly. While I don't feel it on my cheeks or forehead, the area right under my nose where I breathe out feels tingly, so I avoid applying it there.
TipAvoid applying to the area under your nose.

Highly recommended!
ConsIt can be a bit tingling if you have sensitive skin. However, you'll get used to it with continued use.

You can use it for exfoliating dead skin cells on your body..?
ConsIt might not be suitable for those with sensitive or super sensitive skin. I have dry skin but occasionally get blemishes, so I decided to try it. However, it's too tingling and irritating, so I'm hesitant to use it again.
TipAvoid if you have sensitive and thin skin!

Let me share my skin journey. As a teen, I had normal to oily skin, but now I believe I have combination dehydrated skin. I used to receive compliments on my skin, but after I started wearing makeup, I noticed blemishes appearing, especially during dry seasons. Mistakenly thinking I had dry skin, I used rich products, which only made things worse. After watching a YouTube video about combination dehydrated skin care, I realized my mistake. My skin became a mess, with blemishes turning into inflamed acne. I tried scrubs and pore packs, which only irritated my skin further. After a year of struggle, I visited a dermatologist who recommended the Zeroid Pimprove line. Desperate, I tried the toner, emulsion, and gel cleanser. The toner contains 'LaHA', a gentler exfoliating ingredient than AHA or BHA. It stung at first due to my sensitive skin, but after 4 months of use, it's become the best toner I've ever used. It helps my skin shed dead skin cells naturally, promoting healthier skin. The dermatologist explained that our skin naturally sheds every month, especially for women during their menstrual cycle. Excessive physical exfoliation can actually lead to more dead skin cells and blemishes. Now, I no longer need harsh exfoliants, and my skin sheds naturally with just this toner.
ConsInitially, it may sting if you have sensitive skin. I interpreted this as the sensation of dead skin cells being removed and continued using it as I saw improvements in my blemishes. If you dislike the tingling sensation, you might find it unpleasant. Also, considering the price, the quantity is quite small. Although it's relatively reasonable for a dermatologist-recommended product, it's still a hit to the wallet.
TipDrinking plenty of water and using a humidifier by your bedside while sleeping can make your skin more hydrated and gradually reduce blemishes! This is absolutely true! A humidifier is more effective than any moisturizing product. I'd say the humidifier is responsible for about 50% of my skin improvement! I'm still following this routine, and even with high levels of fine dust this spring, I haven't experienced any major skin issues. My once sensitive skin has returned to a normal, resilient state. I know how frustrating skin troubles can be, making you want to completely overhaul your skincare, but the more you irritate and mistreat your skin, the worse it gets. If anyone is experiencing similar issues, I want to share my experience. Of course, everyone's skin is different, but for those with combination dehydrated skin who feel like nothing else has worked, I highly recommend the Pimprove routine I mentioned!

ConsI was actually a bit scared to use it because my skin is super sensitive right now and it contains AHA. But I thought, 'If the dermatologist recommended it, it should be fine,' and used it anyway. As soon as I applied it, I felt a burning sensation and tingling on my face. Even using the moisturizer from the same line didn't help at all. I had to wash it off and use something else to finally calm my skin down.

While it's best to avoid using this when your skin is severely irritated due to acne, I've been using it once my skin has somewhat recovered. Among the toners I've used so far, this one is quite good.
ConsAlthough it doesn't contain alcohol, it may cause a tingling sensation. If that happens, try adjusting how often you use it.
TipRather than using it as a mask pack, it's better to pat it in generously. I personally do the 3-skin method. After using this, I've noticed my redness and small blemishes gradually subsiding. I apply this along with aloe gel, which works well for soothing the skin.

ConsI bought this because I liked the soothing emulsion from the same company, and I wanted to use it as a skin pack. However, when I applied it like a mask, it stung badly and gave me redness and a few blemishes on my skin that was getting better. Even just applying it normally was painful for me. It seems low pH products don't suit me personally.
TipSkip the cotton pads. Gently patting it on with your hands seemed to sting less.

I really like it!
ConsOccasionally, I notice a slight tingling sensation.

My skin type is thin, dry, and sensitive, with occasional cystic acne on my chin and cheeks - the infamous 'king of pimples'. While not oily, I have a complex skin type with many potential whiteheads. The product offers generous volume for its price. It absorbs well into the skin and is a non-sticky, water-based toner that leaves my skin feeling firm after use. (Of course, if your skin is very dry, you might need to apply it twice for adequate hydration)
ConsWhile there's nothing particularly disappointing, there's a point to be cautious about! As it's a slightly acidic toner, it may cause a tingling sensation if your skin is in an alkaline state (for example, after cleansing with regular soap or non-acidic cleansing foam), right after exercise, or if you have any wounds on your face. However, if your skin is in a healthy condition, you shouldn't experience any discomfort when using a slightly acidic toner!
TipI recommend buying a small spray bottle to transfer some of the product into for frequent misting throughout the day. This will help maintain a strong skin barrier and a slightly acidic skin condition, which is beneficial for your skin!
