Why did they discontinue this...? It dispenses just the right amount with one pump, and it effectively removes both face and point makeup without irritation! It's relatively gentle, and I used it without any blemishes or skin issues. There's nothing bad... No matter how much I think about it... Why was it discontinued? - ma******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 4, 2019
Being an oil-based product, it gently and effectively removes makeup! Since it's oil-based, if you don't cleanse properly, you might end up with blemishes... - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 30, 2018
It's such a shame this product was discontinued. I can't understand why! It's an unexpected bonus - when I use this on days my nose is oily, it feels like it's drawing out the sebum as I massage it in. It's so hydrating too. Highly recommended for dry skin!!! There are no downsides... I really can't think of any. Considering that cleansing oils are naturally slippery due to their oil-based nature, there's nothing to be disappointed about. - as*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinJul 15, 2018
The good point... it removes makeup...? This product didn't agree with my skin at all. It says it's discontinued here, but I bought it on sale a few months ago. I started getting blemishes, and at first, I didn't realize it was because of this. I kept using it, but then I stopped just in case. When my skin calmed down a bit, I tried it again, and my face completely broke out. This product just doesn't work for me. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2018
I just found out it's been discontinued, haha! I had it sitting unused for a while, but started using it a few months ago. It removes makeup well, and I love the green tea scent. I'm almost finished with it now. I can't think of any particular downsides to this product. Make sure to use it when your face and hands are completely dry. - ke*********Normal SkinMay 7, 2018
It removes makeup...? Has a nice scent...? Doesn't make your face feel tight...? Although it shows as discontinued, I'm leaving this review for anyone who might still receive a sample of this product. I usually use cleansing water, but couldn't pack a large bottle for travel, so I brought a sample of this. I should have just put my regular water in a small bottle. In the end, it seems the oil damaged my skin barrier, as applying toner and cream afterwards made my skin feel tight and painful. Red spots appeared only where the oil touched, and my skin feels constantly dry no matter what I apply. (I only used the sample on my cheeks due to limited quantity.) Doing a toner mask helped a bit, but my cheeks remain dry and red. Looks like I'll have to deal with this for a few days. - kl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 7, 2018
I love that it's lightweight and doesn't cause blemishes. There's no tightness either. I always buy this during the 1+1 sales. There's not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, I wish the scent was better. Though that's really a matter of personal preference. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 23, 2018
The scent is pleasant and it rolls on smoothly. It also removes makeup effectively. I didn't experience any blemishes from using it. Those with oily skin might find it a bit heavy. I have oily skin myself, but since I've tried various oil-based products, the rich oil texture wasn't a major issue for me. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 6, 2018
Since I started using the Hwahae app, I've been wondering what to write for my first review, and this product immediately came to mind! I'm prone to makeup smudging under my eyes, so I use a lot of waterproof cosmetics. This means I usually double cleanse - first with oil, then with foam. As I use many Innisfree products, I naturally gravitated towards this oil cleanser. I've been using it consistently for over six months, which speaks volumes about its cleansing effectiveness. It's great for my blemish-prone skin without causing any irritation. After thoroughly cleansing with this oil, followed by the Green Tea Cleansing Foam, my makeup comes off completely. It's especially good for removing waterproof mascara - unlike cleansing waters that can sting if you keep them on your eyes, this oil allows you to gently massage and remove makeup without any discomfort. It's truly a cleansing oil I highly recommend! I wouldn't recommend this for those who prefer a one-step cleansing routine with just oil. The oil doesn't rinse off completely on its own. It's essential to follow up with a foam cleanser for a proper double cleanse! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 11, 2018
The relatively affordable price is the only redeeming factor... As for the rest, there's not much to say, unfortunately. I've always loved Innisfree products and trusted them, using their skin toner, emulsion, moisturizer, sheet masks, sunscreen, and so on. So when I ran out of cleansing oil, I decided to buy this one. But oh, after switching to this, my skin has been ruined! I really regret it. I'm not usually prone to blemishes, but this has caused such a breakout. It's truly disappointing.
