It even removes eyeliner. The price is reasonable too. I usually get blemishes from cleansing oils, so I only use water-based cleansers. This one doesn't cause any blemishes and leaves my skin feeling hydrated.
ConsIt can sting a bit if it gets into your eyes while cleansing. Just be careful with that and it's fine.

ConsIf it gets in your eyes while washing, it hurts so, so, so much.

My skin type is combination, with an oily T-zone and dry to normal U-zone. I have sensitive skin that does not agree with acidic, dimethicone, or oil-based ingredients, so using products that don't suit my skin can immediately cause breakouts. (This product does contain citric acid, but it did not cause any issues for my skin!) <How to use> I only use it in the evening: 1. As the first cleansing step, I soak a thin cotton pad with the cleansing water to remove sunscreen and makeup. 2. Recently, to minimize skin irritation, I've been using a foaming net to create a lather, then gently massaging it into my skin similar to using a cleansing oil, to remove the remaining sunscreen and makeup. 🌀Price & Volume The large 510ml bottle is very affordable at 15,000 won. It's even better if you can purchase it during a Nature Republic sale, when you can get it for around 10,000 won. 🌀Finish After wiping my face with the cleansing water-soaked cotton pad, my skin doesn't feel overly dry, even if I don't wash my face for 1-2 hours. 🌀No Breakouts Thanks to the thorough double cleansing, my sensitive skin has not experienced any significant breakouts, allowing me to use up to 5 bottles of this product. 🌀Cleansing Power Wiping with the cotton pad removes all my makeup, except for mascara. Using the foaming net makes it a bit more difficult to remove makeup, but it can still gently take off sunscreen.
Cons🌀Ingredients It's a shame that it contains harmful ingredients like PEG, fragrance, and phenoxyethanol. If they reformulate this product, I hope they can make it without any harmful components. 🌀Eye Irritation When it gets in my eyes, it causes a very strong stinging sensation, making it difficult to open my eyes. 🌀Fragrance The artificial fragrance is quite unpleasant to me personally, as I'm not a fan of fragrance-containing products. But since I double cleanse with a foam cleanser anyway, I just use this as is.
Tip🌀Gently wipe away your makeup by soaking a cotton pad generously with the cleansing water and lightly patting it on your face. Scrubbing too hard can irritate the skin! For eye and lip makeup, use a separate cleansing oil to thoroughly cleanse those areas. 🌀Using the foaming net allows you to do the first cleanse gently. I'd recommend the foaming net method, especially if you only wear sunscreen. (It starts off foamy, but quickly reverts to a water-like texture.)

It doesn't irritate the skin.
ConsIt stings a bit when it gets in the eyes, but I think that's just because I used too much.
TipIt works great when applied generously on cotton.

It's just a regular cleansing water.
ConsThe fragrance is stronger than I thought, and what's more, it says it's gentle on the eyes, but;;;; I got a shock when I wiped around my eyes a little. It's incredibly irritating. It's as painful as if I applied peppermint under my eyes. I recommend using something else if you have sensitive eyes.

It's light and nice.
ConsIt stings when it gets in my eyes! Even though it's water-based, as a cleansing product, it shouldn't hurt, right?
TipWiping around the eyes with a cotton swab doesn't make my eyes hurt!

ConsI'm not sure if the cleansing power is that good, and it stings a bit when it gets in your eyes.

The price is also good compared to the volume! When it's on sale, you can get it for 7,500 won!! It removes eyeshadow with shimmer and heavy lipstick really well! It dispenses a few drops at a time when you shake it, so it's good for controlling the amount.
ConsHmm... It stings a bit when it gets in your eyes.. It's normally a bit stinging, but this one was a bit more stinging than other cleansing waters. Since the volume is large, it's heavy. It's also inconvenient when it gets absorbed into the cotton pads. And it's a bit sticky, so I'd recommend double cleansing.
TipI recommend buying an empty bottle and dividing it to use it that way! It's convenient to use it like this!!

I feel like this product lasted me for several months! I used it very well!! I had a lot of acne, but I didn't get any new breakouts from using this...really!!! It was very gentle and affordable, which I liked.
ConsMy eyes felt a bit stinging... And I felt like I needed to do something more to finish up, so I wiped it off and double-cleansed!! And there was a slightly sticky? feeling.

ConsWhen removing eye makeup with cleansing water, the cleansing water getting into my eyes was a bit irritating.
TipApply the cleansing water to a cotton pad and gently wipe it across the skin in the direction of the grain.
