1. It has excellent moisturizing power. Incredibly good. Better than oils... 2. It applies smoothly and absorbs well 3. The moisturizing effect lasts quite a long time. 4. The amount is generous, and you only need to use a moderate amount when applying.
Cons
It sometimes gets on the inside of the nails. So I scoop it out with a small ice cream spoon-like thing.
Tip
Gently massaging it continuously seems to make the moisturizing effect last longer. Applying it right after toweling off after a shower is even better.

Pros
Since it's definitely a balm-type, I'd say it's more oily than lotion, but the moisturizing is more solid.
Cons
The lavender scent or whatever it is is too strong, so I think it'll be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of thing. And since it's a balm-type, it's thick and gooey, so you have to really melt it in when applying.
