During the day, you can squeeze out a tiny amount - about half the size of an ant's dropping - and apply it before lipstick. I've tried various lip balms, but none absorb as well, last as long, or avoid the yogurt effect like this one. The other day, my lips were slightly cracked and sore, but after applying this before bed, they healed quickly. My skin is atopic, combination, and sensitive, with both oily and dry areas prone to blemishes. Even though this contains natural oils and butters that might not be great for oily skin, I didn't worry much since it's for the lips, and I've had no issues. It's fragrance-free and really great! Above all, Bite Beauty is the brand I trust most for lip products in terms of ingredients, and with its effectiveness, this product is truly a favorite.
ConsThe tube's opening is too small and gets clogged after a few uses. I ended up using a sterilized disposable blade to make a larger cross-shaped opening. It didn't leak afterwards. It would be more convenient if the tip allowed for direct application to the lips, but since you only need to use a tiny amount and it lasts so long, maybe squeezing it out like an ointment is fine... I haven't repurchased yet because it seems to last forever, even with regular use.
TipReally, just apply a tiny amount and gently pat it in. I remember once I squeezed out too much without thinking and ended up having to use the excess on my hands...
