Out of all the cleansing waters I've tried, this one seems to offer the best value for money. While it doesn't remove all makeup in one go, the affordable price allows me to use a generous amount. I had no complaints about its cleansing effectiveness!
Cons
I think it's due to the moisturizing ingredients, but on my skin, it left a slippery residue that felt almost oily, which I didn't like. The finish wasn't great for me, unfortunately.
