I'm not sure if I'm a 21 shade or have a deep undertone, but I'm somewhere around there. The color adheres perfectly to my bare lips. It's coral but not too bright, and it's moisturizing! Since it's a glowy lipstick formula, it feels like it sits on the lips a bit more than a tint would. The adherence might be slightly less, but that's relative, so it's still okay! - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 5, 2018
I bought this because it's moisturizing and has great color payoff. However... Since it's so moisturizing, it's too soft and melts when I carry it around in summer. Even in winter, it still applies like butter (not in a good way). Also, I usually blot my lips with a tissue before eating, but with this lipstick, the color completely comes off. In short, the adherence and lasting power are terrible. I won't be repurchasing. The color didn't suit my complexion either. It has a strong reddish-pink undertone, so it might work better for those with autumn skin tones. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 31, 2016
First of all, the color is so, so beautiful! It's not too bright, nor is it too dull - it's a calm, pretty coral color. I usually go for brighter colors because muted shades can make my face look dull, but I happened to visit Missha and asked the sales associate to recommend a color that's not too dark. She suggested this Desert Coral, and I fell in love with it as soon as I applied it! It applies smoothly and feels moisturizing. It's not completely matte, which I like. (The photo doesn't do it justice... the line work isn't great.) It transfers way too easily. The staying power is really poor. Since it's not a tint and has good application, I guess this is unavoidable. Even without touching my lips, the color disappears from the inner part of my lips, leaving it only on the lip line. The color itself is a lifesaver, though. I don't have any specific tips, but since it applies so well, it tends to transfer a lot. After applying, you can lightly blot the inner part of your upper lip with a tissue to prevent getting color on your teeth.
