I bought this tint after watching a YouTuber rave about it as their holy grail product. Unfortunately, it applied unevenly on my lips, staining them in a patchy manner. Some areas turned pink, others red, with varying intensities. This patchiness was immediate and persisted no matter how many times I reapplied. The bright cherry red also clashed with my complexion, making my lips look disconnected from my face. Moreover, it left my lips feeling parched, and I later discovered the ingredients weren't great either. To avoid disappointment, don't solely rely on beauty YouTubers or influencers. It's best to swatch products in-store to minimize the risk of a mismatch. From what I've seen online, this shade seems to suit bright cool and warm undertones. If you're a fan of the sold-out Velvet Line, you won't regret buying this lip product. The Cherry Red shade is gorgeous, even when applied as a gradient. First off, it's super hydrating! The staying power is above average too. And I love the applicator tip shape of the Peripera tint. Plus, I snagged it for a bargain at around 5000 won at Watson's. I bought it because the product name is 'Lip Gangster', so I thought it would be a bold, gangster-like red. But I was a bit surprised to find it's actually quite pink. 1. As someone with a warm undertone that I'm still figuring out, I really like the color of this. It's on the thinner side, so it's easy to apply a sheer layer and adjust as needed. Even without a filter... the color is a bit more reddish-brown than in the photo. 1. The staying power leaves a lot to be desired. The color payoff and longevity are both outstanding. I'm truly impressed and will continue using this product faithfully. - The color is pretty - Great for creating gradients - Not heavy and doesn't transfer - It has a nice glow, if that's the right way to describe it? That's what makes it beautiful - It transfers a bit when first applied - The color payoff is a bit weak... actually, quite weak (I personally like sheer looks, so I apply multiple layers for intensity...) - The staying power isn't great, unfortunately - Not recommended for those who prefer matte, long-lasting formulas - Good for carrying around and reapplying throughout the day - Peripera products are generally small, making them convenient to carry!
