It's lightweight and the color was absolutely gorgeous! This foundation really shines in fall and winter rather than during hot weather. The coverage is minimal, just enough to even out the complexion... But that's typical for a lightweight foundation, so it's hard to call it a drawback. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 26, 2020
For a drugstore foundation, it absorbs well and has decent adherence to the skin It has a slight pink undertone, which might disappoint those with a yellow-based complexion - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 19, 2020
I loved how it applied thinly and kept my skin hydrated. The color was radiant and the price was reasonable too. I used it regularly, but I kept getting acne every time. I thought it was just my skin, but now I think it might have been because of this product. - rh**********Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 12, 2019
The coverage and absorption are decent and satisfactory. When it fades, it does so gracefully. I'm just using it without much thought. I can't really pinpoint any significant advantages or disadvantages... - bs***Combination SkinSensitive SkinJun 16, 2019
The best part is that it doesn't break down messily, and it's quite hydrating! The downside is that it oxidizes way too much. Fortunately, it doesn't break down in an unsightly way, but the severe oxidation makes me really hesitant to reach for this product. Here's a pro tip: try using a shade about half a tone lighter than your usual. The oxidation is quite significant. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMar 6, 2019
I bought this before it was discontinued, probably about 4 years ago. At that time, this Espoir product and Estée Lauder foundation were highly recommended, so I decided to try it. As suggested, it had a lovely powdery finish and felt soft on the skin, which I really appreciated. It was quite runny. While foundations are generally liquid, this one seemed to flow a bit more than usual. For those with dry skin, it might feel a tad too drying. As for coverage, it's best not to set your expectations too high. - cj*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 1, 2018
Even though it's been discontinued, I bought this product a couple of weeks ago just before my Amore points were about to expire. After browsing several brands, I found this one on sale in the 20,000 won range. Using my coupon, points, and a free shipping voucher, I got it for about 10,250 won! I guess they had a big sale since it was about to be discontinued. The color is pretty neutral, not particularly pink-based. Compared to others, it's quite runny and tends to slide a bit. I have oily skin, but even with using oil, it doesn't make my skin excessively greasy. The coverage isn't particularly memorable, but it definitely doesn't cling to dry patches around the nose. Unfortunately, the staying power is pretty terrible. When I wake up in the morning, about 80% of it has worn off, so I won't be repurchasing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedSep 11, 2018
It absorbs well, leaving the skin feeling moisturized, and it has a beautiful dewy finish. Unfortunately, it seems to transfer easily. If you touch your face once, it comes right off. When applied with a damp Real Techniques sponge, it gives a stunning luminous glow. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 26, 2018
I have a lot of redness on my face, so I used a shade with a yellow base. The application is smooth and moisturizing, but it finishes semi-matte, which means less transfer. The formula is also quite fluid, making it easy to apply. The coverage is a bit lacking... It's just average coverage, so I had to use a separate concealer to hide blemishes or marks. Due to its fluid consistency, you need to blend quickly to avoid streaks on your face. If you want a more hydrating application, use a damp beauty sponge to apply it. This will help maintain moisture throughout the day. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 21, 2018
I loved how it kept my skin hydrated and wore off beautifully. It's a great foundation for achieving a natural, my-skin-but-better look! The longevity was a bit disappointing. In my experience, it lasted about 3-4 hours, maybe 6 hours at most, so touch-ups are definitely necessary. I recommend applying it with a sponge instead of a brush! The skin finish is truly amazing.
