It definitely feels like it creates a protective moisture barrier, so you can tackle dryness with just this one product. The ingredients list is pretty intense... I bought it because they say it's used in hospitals. It's fine for quick relief from dryness, but the ingredients don't seem gentle enough for long-term use. One application is enough for a rich, nourishing feel.

As someone with very dry skin, this is incredibly moisturizing, especially in winter when it's a must-have. The price is affordable, and you get a generous amount. Highly recommended for those with severe dryness and dehydrated skin. I'm completely satisfied! It can feel a bit sticky, which might attract dust. It's also quite rich, leaving a noticeable glow. I have combination skin with an oily T-zone and dry cheeks. A few months after using this product, I developed contact dermatitis on my face. I took medication prescribed by the doctor and it improved, but in the height of summer... every night my face would get itchy, and I'd feel a burning sensation around my jawline, with the cheeks near my jawline turning red. When I worked at a dermatology clinic, we used this product. After applying it, you don't need to use a separate facial oil as it prevents moisture loss. I was so impressed that I bought 5 more through international shipping, and then another 5! My grandmother and parents love it too, which makes me feel really proud! Since it's a very hydrating formula, it can attract dust to your face. If you don't cleanse thoroughly, it might lead to blemishes. That's one downside to be aware of. This product contains U10, which has the highest moisture factor. In Korea, it's only sold in clinics, but you can purchase it through international shipping!
