Pros
It's gentle, but it was surprisingly hard to remove the makeup. It's just about okay. There's no irritation on the face.
Cons
I bought it based on the recommendation of the staff, but I was surprised to find that it has sensitive ingredients and as many as 20 ingredients, including five of them. After using this, there's a lingering sticky feeling that's a bit inconvenient. I'll have to think about whether to repurchase it.

The cleansing power is so-so! I like that it's gentle.

My eyes are too irritated ㅠㅜㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Whenever I wash my face, my eyes get bloodshot and, well, even after rinsing thoroughly, there's still a bit of a slippery feeling, and many say the foaming isn't great, but I guess that's individual preference... It's a bit slow, though.

Tip for when the lather doesn't form well! Wet your hands and face with lots and lots of water!!

Pros
It's absolutely great. Everything is satisfactory. The biggest downside of mild cleansers with low pH is that they don't lather well and their cleansing power is not that strong, but among the mild cleansers I've tried so far, this one lathers the best and has great cleansing power. I think I'll be sticking with this cleansing product for a while. I really hope Missha doesn't discontinue this product. ㅜㅜ

Tip
For those of you who say the lather doesn't come out well, let me teach you the trick to getting a good lather. After rinsing your face a couple of times with water, pump the product a couple of times and then lightly wet your hands (keep your palms cupped to prevent the water from dripping out) and gently rub in a circular motion with your index, middle, and ring fingers. This will help the lather build up nicely. The better the lather, the better the cleansing power. ^^ㅎㅎ

Pros
Even though I have dry skin, my skin feels so moisturized after using this. The cleansing power is great - it removes everything.
Cons
Due to its unique slippery texture, I still feel like there's some residue left even after thoroughly washing it off.
